31 km northeast of Florence is a 92 sqm house from 1820. The heart is the kitchen-living room, including a wood-burning fireplace. On the first floor, there is also the living room, including sofa bed and guest toilet. A staircase leads to the 2 spacious bedrooms and the shower room. Under the magnolia, the patio in front of the house offers views of the valley. The pool is closed in winter, the sauna is open all year round. Connection to Merlot on the 2nd floor. Tuscany: Villa Tre Fiori - private pool

Spacious and true tuscan Villa with a very large private pool for exclusive use (pool open mid may to mid sept.). The oldest part of the house was built 450 years ago, the whole house was modernized. Perfect place to relax or to start journies to the art-places of tuscany. In spring 2025, split air conditioning units were installed in the bedrooms to make sleeping cooler and more comfortable in the increasingly hot summers. The electricity comes from the solar system on the building's own roof.

Countryside home

Excellent two-story country house. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room integrated into the dining room and from which you can access the outdoor garden with a pergola under which to dine or have lunch outdoors. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and two bedrooms each with a one and a half beds. The area is very quiet residential with parking, supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Ideal for getting around Tuscany and Umbria.
