Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Arezzo

We had a great time at Marco's apartment. It is very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need, even when traveling with a toddler. Nearby, you can find everything you need, from shops and restaurants to a laundromat. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany, with many destinations easily accessible in a short time. We spent a dreamlike month there and would return anytime!

Io e mio marito ci siamo fermati qui per una notte mentre visitavamo Arezzo sotto Natale. La distanza dal centro é perfetta (10 minuti di macchina), c'è il posto auto e il prezzo é molto onesto in confronto alle proposte che ci sono in giro. La casa é pulita e accogliente e Alberto un host molto gentile, ci ha avvisati della possibilità di un check in anticipato (si fa in autonomia ed è facilissimo) ed ha accolto con grande disponibilità i piccoli suggerimenti che gli abbiamo dato (aggiunta di coperte per la notte, non sapevamo che Arezzo potesse essere così fredda!). In più le cialde di caffè erano buonissime :)

Magnifique appartement très bien rénové et équipé haut de gamme. Terrasse très agréable, joilie vue. Le village est très sympa, vivant. Très bons commerces aux alentours. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très bon point de base pour visiter la région

Our stay at Elena’s place was great. Everything looked better than in the pictures and the overall feeling of the place was exactly what we were looking for in this trip. The sunsets by the pool were fantastic, the birds chirping all around and the privacy of the place made our experience in Tuscany even better. The place was also very tidy and Elena gave us a lot of recommendations for the area. Would definitely go back.

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Ostern war natürlich ein Risiko mit dem Wetter. Dann haben wir die Villa gefunden. Mit 33 Grad beheizten Pool - genau die Lösung. Großer wohn und Ess Bereich mit ebenso großzügigen Terrassen. Genügend liegen Handtücher alles prima. Nicht mit den Sportwagen kommen (die letzte Meile ist Schotterpiste und auf die Stufen zu den Schlafräumen einstellen. Dann die Ruhe und die Aussicht genießen! Das Abendessen in der Ölmühle is sein Geld und den Weg wert. 11 Tage gingen zu schnell vorbei.

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. Poppi is the most beautiful place and now holds a very special place in our hearts. We feel very lucky to have found such a great place to stay in such a lovely apartment.

E stata una splendida esperienza, Daniela la proprietaria è una persona meravigliosa, la sua dolce accoglienza ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Con i suoi splendidi amici a quattro zampe e i suoi dolcissimi cavalli ci ha fatto apprezzare ancora di più il bellissimo contesto naturale in cui eravamo immersi. A pochissimi minuti dal centro di Arezzo e sicuramente un’ottima posizione per chi come noi ama la natura ma apprezza anche la parte storica e più turistica della bellissima Arezzo. Un ottimo connubio direi tra natura e storicità. Grazie alla disponibilità e all impeccabile professionalità di Virginia che ci ha supportato per tutto il soggiorno, con gentilezza e puntualità. Sicuramente un’ esperienza indimenticabile da ripetere anche in primavera quando il paesaggio si trasforma e le giornate più soleggiate ci permetteranno di fare passeggiate e altre attività nella zona. Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Tamara und Niccolò – vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und voller großartiger Tipps zur Umgebung. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass sie ohne Aufpreis unsere Wäsche gewaschen haben – eine wirklich nette und unerwartete Geste. Außerdem warteten zur Begrüßung kostenlose Snacks und Getränke auf uns – ein liebevolles Detail, das sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Tamara und Niccolò haben uns tolle Empfehlungen gegeben: schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, eine zuverlässige Scooter-Vermietung und sogar eine Weinverkostung, die zu den Highlights unserer Reise zählte. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert sie auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste legen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Silvia’s house is modern and new. Spotlessly clean and very large. All Bedrooms have large beds, tons of space and lots of storage. The kitchen is modern with everything you need. They are super responsive and quick as well. We ran into a couple of problems but they immediately responded to resolve the concern. I would highly recommend and love to return in the future. Great space for a large group or family.

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

Casa nuova, pulitissima e molto accogliente! Il soggiorno anche se breve e’ stato molto piacevole. La casa è in centro ed il parcheggio dell’auto è comodissimo. Ester e Sara sono state gentilissime e molto reattive ad ogni richiesta. La casa è dotata anche di un bellissimo terrazzo. Meglio di così non poteva andare.

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Het appartement biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden liggen heerlijk en het is ook fijn dat de voeten van mijn lange partner wat over de rand kunnen uitsteken. Douche beneden is ruim en heeft een krachtige straal. Er is overal aan gedacht; voldoende lampen, complete keuken, fijn plekje om buiten te zitten, extra dekens, douchespul etc. Heel fijn! Het enige kleine minpuntje was het geluid van de (kinderen van de) buren in de ochtend en avond, maar daar heeft de host geen controle over natuurlijk. Al met al een hele fijne plek die ik zeker aanbeveel! Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Seina en wandelingen in de omgeving.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser charmanten Unterkunft in der Toskana! Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mitten in der Toskana. Halbe Stunde bis zum nächsten Supermarkt. Der Weg dort hin ist schon etwas aufregend. Wir haben dort mit unseren 3 kleinen Kids, wunderschöne zwei Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ron und Jan sind gut zuereichen, sehr nett und aufgeschlossen und sehr freundlich im Kontakt. Wir können die Wohnung/Haus sehr empfehlen, gerade wenn man es etwas ruhiger haben möchte.

Es hat uns super gut auf dem wunderschönen Hof gefallen! Es ist super ruhig, der Pool ein toller Ort um zu entspannen und die Lage wunderschön um Touren im Nationalpark zu machen. Lieben Dank!

My partner and I had a wedding in the local area and this location was perfect. The hosts were very accommodating and were even able to drive us where we needed to go for the weekend. We also asked if we could be picked up from the airport and we were accommodated for that too. Giovanni was very quick to respond to our messages during our stay and was very flexible with our check out time. It’s also worth mentioning that the apartment stays very cool so there’s no need to worry about having no air-con, a fan was provided and that was enough. The pool area is amazing and it is so tranquil, there are a lot of bugs in the area though so bring your bug spray! Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting the area or have a wedding to attend at Terzo di Danciano.
