We intend to return when we come to Paraty again, the accommodation was perfect, the host is super helpful, responds quickly and is available. The place itself is a few minutes from the historic center and is very tidy and clean, my girlfriend and I loved it.

The stay at Adriana's place was wonderful. Close to the historic center and at the same time very quiet. The combination was perfect. Adriana welcomed us very well and our stay was wonderful. The house is spacious and very pleasant.

Beautiful, secluded spot with stunning views. The home is clean, modern, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. It’s about a 10–15 min drive from town and the road can be tricky, so a rental car is a must - but totally worth it for the peace and scenery! Paula was also a great host and extremely communicative. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend!

It was all very incredible! The reception of Suellen and her husband Osias is surreal! All the support for EVERYTHING! It makes all the difference in the experience! apart from the place, the view, the sunset, the sunrise! there's nothing to complain about! and the noise they said in the comments, it didn't bother me at all! it was perfect and I'll be back more often

We all enjoy the stay. The house is comfortable, with good utilities and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Only the stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom, which has a very low ceiling and can be a problem for someone over 1.70m.

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

We had a great time in Avignon. Located in a beautiful green residence very close to the city center, the apartment is very nice and faithful to the listing. Lucia is also a golden host. Very responsive, she woke up very early to facilitate our entry into the apartment and gave us some great tips for visiting the area. We would highly recommend this place!

The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. Simply amazing, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with the sound of the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
