Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia do Pontal

Ingrid's accommodation seemed very appropriate to the price and the photos match reality! Everything was clean. The self check-in was very helpful and peaceful since we arrived quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is very good because you can do everything on foot. The only thing: there was no blanket or quilt and I'm a bit chilly. They clarified in an email that we should bring something if we were to be cold, but traveling with hand luggage that is impossible. Just that detail... I would definitely stay there again.

Really amazing stay with outstanding customer service. It was such a lovely apartment in a really peaceful area. Close enough to everything and the customer service was the best I’ve had at an Airbnb. I am extremely happy I stayed here in Paraty and would absolutely stay here again.

Great house, super polite host and straight to the point. All perfect. Only point to be aware is that the street on which the house is located is not paved, with this ending with clay at the exit of the house to the promenade of the waterfront. The rest, nora 1000.

I stayed at Márcia's place in Paraty and it was a great experience! The place is very welcoming, well cared for and has that atmosphere of peace that perfectly suits the city. The location is great, close to everything we need to enjoy Paraty well, and Márcia was super attentive and helpful at all times. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but they were always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

Very good stay at Narla's place. It is very well located and the host was very welcoming (small chocolate for Easter) and always good communication. Be careful though, the walls are quite thin so there is a little noise but like everywhere. The accommodation was larger than we imagined and it is very well-equipped.

We had a fabulous time at Anelice’s place. So serene, so peaceful, amazing view. A standout for us was the maid who went above and beyond each day and went as far as folding all of our clothes! She definitely made our stay better. Anelice was also very responsive, any question we had, she would respond very quickly. Highly recommend.

All impeccable! A paradise the place, beautiful, super-equipped house. The Diana that supports the house in cleaning and organizing is a person's candy. And Cristina, host, a sweetheart, always available, very kind and polite. I want to go back ja! It was 4 very special days!

great house! is very worth a lot. I only recommend that you use a car because it is more comfortable to get out of the house and go to the beaches, to the center etc. but this is normal in Paraty itself. Uber may be difficult to achieve and even quite expensive eventually. but the house is perfect

Well-located house with amazing views, very clean and organized with all utensils in order. Very private, quiet and cozy atmosphere. Easy access to the Historic Center, tours and shopping. It was an excellent choice. It was worth the investment.

But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

Second time I've stayed with my family. And without a doubt I will return other times, because I already feel at home. Letícia is a super attentive, proactive and very friendly person. About the apartment, it is a super nice, comfortable, clean, organized and fragrant environment. I recommend it to everyone!
