The place is exactly like the advertised. The neighborhood is simple, but before we confirmed the reservation, Bianca made a point of reinforcing this point. It is close to the historic city (15 minutes walking very quiet) and nearby there is a market, pharmacy and several neighborhood shops. The only downside is the mosquitoes, so bring your insecticide. Excellent cost benefit.

My stay was simply wonderful! The place is very well taken care, clean and cozy, exactly as in the pictures. I was very well received, and the service was impeccable throughout the stay. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility and great value for money.

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we took the opportunity to visit both places. Despite the rain, we enjoyed it a lot, we'll be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pedro and Silvana's house. The house was impeccable, very clean and organized, as well as charming and very cozy. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, with clear instructions. Good location for those who want to relax and recharge. Very quiet and safe place. We did pretty much everything on foot. • The apartment is very spacious and everything is brand new, including a well stocked kitchen. • Location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the centre of town located in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Make sure you turn left when leaving the complex to take the short route to the river. • The host is always quick to respond and help in anyway she can (she lives just a few doors away). • Great spot with a hammock to relax in outside.

We were very pleased with our stay! From the first contact, David was extremely helpful, proactive, kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the location is excellent: really close to the historic center and a few minutes from Jabaquara beach. We would definitely recommend it and come back!

The stay was great from beginning to end. Location exactly as shown in the photos, with cutlery, utensils, essential appliances available for use, fan, air conditioning, induction stove. Everything you might need at hand. I even asked the host if he had a barbecue to lend me, and he was willing to lend it to me immediately and bought a barbecue. 😳 I was very happy with the treatment, the shower in the house is wonderful, I felt like living in that shower lol Super comfortable bed, exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend it! The hosts are super helpful, ready to answer any questions, I felt right at home. The house, as the advertisement says, is around 21 minutes from the historic center of Paraty, the entrance to the neighborhood is dirt, but nothing that gets in the way. I hope to come back again, thank you very much!

Giuliano and his wife Sheila were really nice, kind, helpful and polite. They are the kind of person who can spend hours talking without remembering the time. It seemed that we had known each other for a long time at will that we were left. They gave tips on what to do and how to get to the places. I am simply charming with such hospitality. The house is extremely clean, organized and cozy. It has a stove, fridge, microwave and basic utensils to prepare meals at home. It is a few yards from the bus station, from the old town and with everything very close. Without a doubt, they are much more than recommended. My husband and I have only to thank!!!

My two-day stay in Paraty was wonderful, and the accommodation contributed a lot to it! The place is exactly like in the pictures, clean, cozy and very well located. The stay at Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not suitable for the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bedding and blankets, but that did not prevent me from enjoying it. Due to the low season when I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it went away by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
