When you open the door, you'll love the view. It's decorated with enthusiasm, perfect for a couple. What I like most is a detail that you hardly find in the bathrooms of stays, a very feminine and comfortable detail for personal hygiene. We are very grateful. The host made us such a beautiful presentation on Valentine's Day, we are grateful for her dedication.

Our stay at Michelly's studio apartment was excellent! The place was super clean, well-organized and exactly like in the pictures. The location is perfect: right in front of Itararé beach and close to markets, bakeries and restaurants. In addition, Michelly was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to help with whatever was needed. My wife and I were very pleased and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and well-located place in São Vicente.

Sueli's hosting was simply impeccable! The place is extremely clean and well maintained, which made all the difference in our stay. In addition, the location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and the structure of the accommodation is complete, comfortable and very well planned to provide pleasant moments. Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

Well, Andrea and Rita were extremely helpful and attentive, they gave me hints of places. The region is very beautiful, the building is quiet, and the people who live there are very solitary. One of the important things I would like to point out is that: the apartment is identical to that of the photo, very organized and clean. Andrea was very cool: she had the prerogative that, on my last Airbnb, the host rated me very badly because of my dogs. Andrea was a little afraid, which I understand, the other woman said so badly... I could too, I spent 15 days on her Airbnb and I didn't clean it. There were a lot of hairs — it's normal, any pet loose hairs — and where they pee, it smells, so you always need a good cleaning. But even so, Andrea accepted the reservation and preferred to give me a vote of confidence. I've been in over 40 Airbnbs with my dogs, and I only had a problem in a place where they didn't like pets, and then a complaint came. But with Andrea it was different, and I kept AP clean.
