Apartment exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The apartment is small, but very well distributed, renovated and comfortably accommodates 3 to 4 people. Clean, organized environments with a beautiful view of the beach. The host responds quickly to messages and gives all the necessary guidance for a great stay. I recommend it.

It was a trip that we decided on short notice, but even in the running Carlos was very requested, resolved everything quickly, in less than 3 hours from the time of booking the apartment was already beautiful, clean and available to us. It was a finding that pleased a lot, we were left with 4 people plus one baby, however,despite the limited space the apartment is very functional and we were very well adapted. Our baby has enjoyed many of the toys and the available space. The view is beautiful. We drove by car and the location was very favorable for walking around Santos. Surely we are back!

Paulo is an excellent Host, very kind and friendly, made us feel super comfortable and we felt right at home! The apartment is sensational, very clean and organized, each item in its place, the kitchen is super equipped with a direct dishwasher, finally... the view from the balcony is magnificent. The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. An apartment to feel at home, with the plus of having the best view of the sunrise and sunset watching the entire beach. Impeccable all its spaces, spacious and clean bathrooms, comfortable rooms, and perfect decor for the location. Excellent attention from Mari, very willing and proactive.

The Sunset penthouse is fantastic, although there were only 2 of us, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Usually, I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times. Congratulations Adriana, we do have to comment, whether positive or not, as this helps other interested parties a lot.

The apartment matches the description very well. There's a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... The view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close by
