Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

Wow, without words, this is the third time I've been to the house in Marcos and once again I was very pleased with all the care and attention I received not only from Marcos, but also from Thiago and his mother. We were made to feel very welcome, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The accommodation is better than it looks in the pictures, all new, rustic and very beautiful. Beds are comfortable and the house is quite spacious. I went with my family and felt at home. I recommend it to everyone.

We are always greeted with great affection by D.Sonia, a wonderful person, full of light. The house is getting better and better, and everything works perfectly ! Property well located, close to markets, bakery, pharmacy , kiosks and snack bars. Every time we return, it will always be in D.sonia that we will stay.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

We had an unforeseen event and ended up going to this last-minute apartment and it met all our expectations, Carlos was super attentive in receiving us. The Jeep service is very functional and a differential, we use it a lot, in addition to the very cozy rooms!

I returned again to this apartment because I feel very comfortable, the place is very cozy and is very well located. It is close to several markets such as Carrefour and Pão de Açucar, the best restaurants in São Vicente (Terrace, Gaudio, Ti Maria, etc.) and I feel at home. I don't need to use the car for anything, I left it on the street. One detail is that I lived in this neighborhood years ago, so I know it well. The apartment is well equipped and has a large outdoor area with a beautiful view. I can't wait to return.

Well, Andrea and Rita were extremely helpful and attentive, they gave me hints of places. The region is very beautiful, the building is quiet, and the people who live there are very solitary. One of the important things I would like to point out is that: the apartment is identical to that of the photo, very organized and clean. Andrea was very cool: she had the prerogative that, on my last Airbnb, the host rated me very badly because of my dogs. Andrea was a little afraid, which I understand, the other woman said so badly... I could too, I spent 15 days on her Airbnb and I didn't clean it. There were a lot of hairs — it's normal, any pet loose hairs — and where they pee, it smells, so you always need a good cleaning. But even so, Andrea accepted the reservation and preferred to give me a vote of confidence. I've been in over 40 Airbnbs with my dogs, and I only had a problem in a place where they didn't like pets, and then a complaint came. But with Andrea it was different, and I kept AP clean.
