Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Positano

This was truly one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. It was so beautiful and well maintained and couldn’t have had better views of Positano, both the sea and the hillsides. Anna Maria was the perfect hostess and supplied us with extra food for our first night, coffee, pastries, eggs, milk and snacks plus a cold bottle big prosecco. The patio was lovely in the evening for a glass of wine and the view. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows. Thebathroom was well stocked with a great shower. Great to have a washing machine and a clothes line to hang things. Finally Anna Maria was great at setting up rides and reservations and had great recommendations for restaurants. For a great experience, this is where you should stay! We will be back!

We had a great time in this Airbnb! The place is as pictured and Giuseppe was a great host! He welcomed us at the top and helped us with our bags. He was extremely responsive and provided several local restaurant recommendations which were all great! He even helped us get a cab when the cab we scheduled didn’t show up. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! I would caution anyone considering Positano to make sure you’re ready for stairs! While it is do-able, someone elderly or not interested in a lot of stairs should consider the nature of this location. However, it was beautiful and a great experience!

The view was unreal. Easily one the best in Positano. Getting to the place was way easier than most spots (not a million steps!). The host was super kind and helpful, and the place felt like home. Great jumping-off point for Amalfi adventures. Would come back in a heartbeat.

What a beautiful spot to stay! The host was more than welcoming and so kind. The only recommendation would be to travel light since there are quite a few stairs!

Beautiful view of Positano and the sea. It is a walk down to town that is not bad. The walk back can be a little of a challenge at the end of the day, but the view is worth it! There is a market you can walk to in 2 minutes. The host arranged our transportation to and from the Airbnb and met us for check in and it went very smoothly. Cute colorful apartment as the pictures show. Very nice stay.

Cannot say enough about this fabulous stay. Fabrizio met us at the train station and carried our luggage as he toured the neighbourhood for us. Showed us around the apartment and answered all of our questions. He also scouted out gluten free restaurants for us as I am a celiac. Top 10 greeting.

Top location in Bomerano – ideal for the Amalfi Coast 🌟 
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location in Bomerano is perfect and ideal for exploring the Amalfi Coast and just steps from the "Path of the Gods". Amalfi, Positano and Ravello can be reached quickly by good bus connections. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean and well equipped – we felt very comfortable. Our host Alfonso deserves a special mention. He is extremely friendly, very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in Bomerano. There was also a very tasty croissant in Alfonso's café. Alfonso is a super helpful host. We would come back any time and can recommend the apartment 100%! :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and it’s in a great spot close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The views from the private balcony were unmatched and stunning.

The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches. Check-in was slightly delayed, but it wasn’t a big deal—things happen, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout. I left some items behind by mistake and the host is sending them to me via mail so that’s also a plus that they’re honest! Overall, it’s a great space and we definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Positano. We’d love to stay here again!

This stay was one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. Mostly because we fell in love with Praiano and the pool and view of this place is unmatched. Roberta was so helpful in booking a sunset cruise with transport, dinner recs and so much more. I will dream of this stay for a very long time.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. Close enough to Positano to easily enjoy everything the town has to offer, while being tucked away just enough to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are simply stunning, and there are fantastic local restaurants and bars within easy reach. What truly made our stay exceptional were the hosts. They greeted us personally at check-in, made us feel completely at home, and had the room fully stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, water, wine, and juices. Roberto went above and beyond throughout our stay - from helping us arrange transportation to organizing a taxi back to Naples when we were having phone issues. Whatever we needed, they were there for us. The room was cleaned daily, and when we needed laundry done, they took care of that too. It was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had.

We feel fortunate to have found this place. It’s quiet, peaceful, and offers stunning views. The property is exactly as described very clean, with a spacious sea facing veranda that overlooks a beautiful stretch of coastline. There’s a small lemon grove, ample parking, a reliable internet connection, and above all, a sense of calm. The hosts, Giulio and his father, were exceptionally kind, attentive, and quick to offer help. When we ran into trouble with our rental car, they went out of their way to assist us calling the rental agency on our behalf and helping us communicate in Italian. Giulio’s father, who lives on the property, even contacted a mechanic, drove me to the car, and stayed with me to make sure everything was sorted. We truly appreciated their support and hospitality. It’s a place we’d gladly return to, hopefully next time under more relaxed circumstances.

We loved our stay in Marina Grande and appreciated the location partway along the way of the long, steep path between the water and the shopping/restaurants. Beautiful view from the balcony! 40 steps to get to the second floor can be tricky when you’re coming up from a swim down below, but still manageable. The apartment has everything you need and Federico is so helpful, organized and friendly!

We had a lovely time at Helgas place in Sorrento! Clean and beautiful space, open and gorgeous surroundings! The check in process was super easy, one of the lovely hosts met with us and showed us everything, really responsive and helpful when we needed anything! We enjoyed a couple mornings in the private courtyard and watching the sunset down on the balcony by the sea! Wondering through the lemon and orange groves was picturesque! Sorrento was a great place to visit, the town and restaurants and beach clubs all within a 20 minute walk We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Sorrento, we wish we could have stayed longer!

An ideal place if you plan to do the Path of the Gods, as it is literally at the beginning of the tour. Rita was very kind; she waited for us in the square to accompany us to the accommodation. The space had everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything was impeccable and the surroundings are very peaceful.

Raffaele and Anna went above and beyond to make our stay special. As soon as we booked, Raffaele gave us several recommendations and booked a boat tour (absolutely amazing) and transfer for us. They were both available at all times for any questions and it wouldn’t have been the same visit to Positano without them. That said- this place is very high up and there are a lot of stairs if you plan to walk everyday. On average, our phone showed we walked up 60-100 flights of stairs per day! The view was well worth it and we didn’t gain any weight from the pasta. Book here for a great stay.

If you’re after the beauty of the Amalfi coast without the crowds then come to Praiano. I agree with so many of the other reviews about the scenery, helpful friendly hosts, apartment and town. I would recommend to others and revisit myself.

Great stay in Positano! This place is up the hill quite a bit if you arrive from the marina but that’s where all the good views are! Porters or taxis available to take you to the top but we walked up with our luggage. Restaurants and a small market type store close by if you need to buy things. The stay was fantastic, had everything we needed and accurately described. It was nice to have a small washer to do laundry on our journey and air dried everything on a rack outside. Good communication.

Everything about this stay will make you feel at home. Concetta & Anna are incredible hosts with a level of hospitality that is unmatched!

The place was absolutely stunning and incredibly clean. I have pretty high standards when it comes to cleanliness, but this place exceeded all my expectations — it was spotless! The accommodation is located quite high up, so getting there can be a bit of a challenge, but the breathtaking view makes it all worth it. I would definitely love to come back again. The host and their family were so kind and welcoming. We were lucky enough to get a tour of their garden, and it truly felt like stepping into a fairytale — it was absolutely beautiful. Thanks to them, we’ve made some unforgettable memories in Positano. Thank you so much!
