The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view. It is, as the crow flies, on a beautiful rock with access to the sea that can be reached in a moment (it is only about ten steps from the door of the house). NB. No visitors allowed

La Casetta "Titina", once a fishermen's house, is located directly on the sea. You only need to take a few steps to be on Fishermen's Beach.
