Enjoyed a great stay at Jarrod's place which was exactly as advertised. Great location in Seddon with two train stations within walking distance to get into the city. Place is also very close to numerous cafe's, restaurants and a great local pub as well (Mona Castle). Place was perfect in terms of configuration for the group we had, but would also perfectly suit a family stay. Access to the property was easy, and Jarrod was very responsive for any questions we had leading up to the stay. An added bonus was having foxtel available on the TV to relax in front of after long days at the Grand Prix. A great stay enjoyed by the whole group, and thoroughly recommend it for a stay in Melbourne!

Awesome place, plenty of room. Stones throw to fantastic food and pubs! Free tram 10 min walk away. Defo would stay here again

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

The location was the best point of the house. Was easy to get anywhere you’d like to go. There was parkings on the street with a two hour limit during weekdays which made id a bit difficult, but if you staying for a weekend, you won’t have any issues.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

Great place if you’re looking to stay close to footy, sport, food, coffee and parks! Excellent kitchen for preparing food. Simultaneously quirky and homely. We hope to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and was the perfect spot for a weekend away with friends. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Port Melbourne.

Wonderful location to stay in! We had a car and the private parking space in the gated area was perfect. We also took public transportation and the tram was a short walk. We did so much on our week long stay, and after a full day of activities it was great to come back to our place. The bathrooms were great, instant hot water with no wait! The beach is just a block or two away, and we gathered a lot of shells to collect, there were millions on the shore! We had a full week including a few day trips. South Melbourne Market and Prahran market were wonderful markets. We drove out to Yarra Valley and did a U Pick fruit tour, we did a small walk at Rainforest Gallery, we did a Funky Farm tour(so cool!), and we even saw the Penguin Parade which is a must do! Some details, what worked best for us was parking the car and then using the key card to go through the passenger gate to get in/out of the front door. There is also a small remote to unlock open/close the car gate. Thanks Gemma!!

The property is spacious and cosy, we have a great stay of four nights there. Rob is responsive and friendly. The location is great and has a lot of restaurants nearby.

This accommodation was beautiful, felt super cozy and clean. Location was also great, close to the shops and shopping strip. I would recommend staying here if you're visiting Melbourne

If you need a place in South Melbourne, look no further! Incredible host, beautiful house and the beds are AMAZING! So comfy, I didn’t want to leave! A nice quiet street but also close to the hustle and bustle of South Melbourne. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was our second stay at Melanie's. The property is very well located for anyone participating in events at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC); about eight minutes' walking distance. It's also a quick schlep to shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as being clean and well appointed. In summary, the property is perfect accommodation for a family or small group of friends. We look forward to staying again.

Great apartment - spacious, well-furnished, and has a nice loft-style feel. The two living areas open onto separate balconies with beautiful ocean views, making the space feel open and airy. It’s in the heart of Port Melbourne, close to cafes, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to the city. The only thing to note is that the carpet could use a deep clean, but overall, a fantastic stay!

I could not speak any higher of Erica and her place to stay. This is possibly been the most beautiful space I have stayed in since joining Air BnB. I regularly travel for work (weekly) and by comparison, this place exceeded expectations in every way. The decor is beautiful, all appliances are modern and of superior quality and every kitchen utensil and ingredient was available. Erica herself is an absolute pleasure to deal with and cannot wait to stay with her again. What a place, what a host! 5 stars all round ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had such a wonderful time at Emma’s place! The house was so beautifully decorated, super clean and comfortable to stay in. I loved that it was pet friendly (and within a 5 min walk, there’s a pet friendly pub too). Emma was a great host and was very communicative and responsive with some questions and checking in. It was a great weekend getaway and will definitely seek out this property again next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you Emma!

Hany and Sheryl were excellent hosts. The context for our stay was that we needed somewhere for a week while we were between houses, and Hany and Sheryl's place fit the bill for us perfectly - we walked in and felt at home straight away. They were also very kind and understanding about the context of our move, and always very warm and responsive.

We know Yarraville very well. It was good to be able to visit our favourite restaurants. A very central place to stay. We look forward to our next visit.

We were a group of 7 on our annual footy trip and were all very impressed with the location and the unit. We had 2 nights and everyone said they would be happy to return. Its not easy finding accommodation that isn’t all double/ queen size beds. My only concern was the height of the beds ( well below knee height) and seats. Im 178cms tall and have knee problems, all the beds are extremely low and the seats and lounge were also low. I was only comfortable on the plastic dining chairs. The bunks are really only suitable for children

Great space with plenty of room and a well-equipped kitchen (and an amazing range of teas). South yarra is a fantastic neighbourhood (the botanic garden and running the tan was a particular highlight). Coming from outside Melbourne, Punt road is a main thoroughfare/ busier than I was expecting.

I stayed at Cara’s with four friends and we had a great time!k. It was perfectly situated to enjoy Carlton and surrounds with fantastic restaurants, bars and cafe’s within easy walking distance (Lygon St is basically around the corner). The beautiful Carlton Gardens and Melbourne museum is also nearby and the CBD was only a 30 min walk from the apartment. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. It has a great shower with enough hot water to cater for five adult women. You do need to take care on the stairs as it is an old terrace house so they are quite steep and narrow but otherwise have no complaints.

Great location and amenities for the price. Host was communicative and easy to talk to. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay.
