This place has the best the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at in Melbourne. Absolutely beautiful styling and had everything you could ask for in terms of location and ammenities. We found that it was in a perfect spot to walk to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for an event we attended. We will definitely book again if we need to stay in this area of Melbourne. Highly recommend!

This is an ideal apartment with incredible access to trams. Perfect location for walking to major attractions as well. The apartment itself is also great. Ample space, comfortable beds. Really close to stores and restaurants which is also a plus. Overall really enjoyed the stay here. Would definitely recommend this apartment and also looking forward to coming back here.

We'll definitely stay again. The property was pristine, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk into CBD. We also appreciated Woolworths and BWS just downstairs! Hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Airbnb and felt very comfortable. The accommodation is well-equipped and has everything you need. Communication with Steve/Jacky was excellent; he always responded promptly to our inquiries. Additionally, the location is very central. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely place to stay. Location great with tram stop out the front, parking only $1 per hour and could get spaces close. The appartment lovely, clean and the pool is amazing. Not far to go into the City or to St Kilda. Albert Park just down the hill. Malwina always very responsive. Highly Recommend!

Overall we had an amazing 1 month stay at Jason’s place. Unbeatable location, amazing facilities, comfortable beds, overall clean. Some of the kitchen equipment needed to be washed first prior to use and the hallway had a smell of stale cigarettes but other than that, we had an amazing stay and Jason was super responsive. Would recommend.

Una’s apartments was a delight to check into. With welcoming treats. Laundry facilities and detergent. Shampoo and conditioner. Just what I needed after a long trip. Coffee as well. Great location. A picnic basket too. Una was so understanding and fabulous to communicate with. I really felt spoilt. Thank you again for having me and Buddy to stay. Really grateful.

It was a pleasure spent some days at this home. The unit is lovely and well located with many shops and restaurants close.

Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Great value, central location and a host with very punctual communication. A slight hidden cost to be aware of: we were asked to pay a 50 dollar late check in fee after we booked (we had communicated we were due to check in at 7pm). I would have liked this to be clearer on the listing as it did come as a surprise. However the host was very generous in allowing us to check out later than 10am, so all in all a great value stay with a great host. Highly recommended!

A lovely stay at a super convenient location. The unit had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Checkout procedures were so simple, making for a relaxed departure after a busy weekend away. Dana was responsive, polite and helpful at every stage as well!

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

A lovelt quiet apartment with comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaraunts and cafes. A very clean space which was a great base for our Melbourne adventures.

Darren is very accomodating and helpful with most of our family's questions. Having a designated car park space was wonderful as well! 😀

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Beautiful modern apartment in a lovely area in Melbourne with easy tram access to the CBD. Could not ask for more … Jonathan is very responsive and we greatly appreciate the flexibilities to have an early check in as we arrive verly early in Melbourne. Love the super comfy bed, linen luxury, squeky clean bathroom and complete kitchen amenities. Would love to come back!!!

Leanne provided us with a 5 star experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well presented; beautifully and tastefully decorated; all were very good sized rooms; easy to use appliances; amazing expansive panoramic views; good and easy parking; very convenient to downstairs supermarket, nearby bottleshop and Crown Casino. Our host, Leanne, was very responsive and accommodated us when we inconveniently had to change our dates due to a medical condition. We would very highly recommend Leanne's apartment and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

We had the best week in the Southbank apartment. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment has spectacular views and is comfortable . It was very clean and each bedroom had amazing towels with a lovely hamper of goodies. The beds & Pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything!!! The coffee machine was such a bonus and a fridge that has cold water & ice 🙌 The complex feels safe and clean. The carpark was a bonus, although we didn’t need the car while we were there at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Stephanie was so helpful and quick response time and buzzed me in straight away explained it all and all. I would recommend her any day.. But unfortunately after checking out and letting Stephanie know and asked about the return of the $300 bond deposit she hasn’t responded back to me only once saying she is about to return it back to me yet still have no received it and upon trying to call her again I have been blocked and no bond deposit of $300 returned. Not happy at all now and with this as the bad its turned something with I believe 5 star rating to half a star. Very disappointed

Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect for what we needed and great location just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city! The hosts were so amazing and super responsive to all our requests.
