Located on the top floor without elevator access, The apartment offers beautiful views of the rooftops and the church steeple in the Old Town. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach. Although in the heart of picturesque and vibrant Old Nice, the apartment is located on a lively street Other things to note The apartment is located on the 5th and top floor and the last part of the staircase is a little tight. Be careful, the stairs can be scary, but the apartment is worth a little effort.
