The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The building was built on the hill of the castle, so you will be 1 minute away from the old nice and its magnificent daily market. Flat with lift for 4 people including 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto this beautiful terrace overlooking the Nice skyline with its designer lounge and fully equipped kitchen.

Charming duplex, fully air-conditioned and renovated, in a detached house. Exceptional views of the sea and the Bay of Angels. Sun all day until sunset from the pretty terrace. Within a private road that leads you directly to the beach (about 3 min walk), the port (about 7 min walk) and the tram. Atypical accommodation near the city center. No contact with other residents. Enjoy this fabulous accommodation by the sea. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with a view, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is in a quiet location, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, perfect for waking up to the sound of birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beach of the reserve and about ten minutes from the tram.
