Convenient Location. The room was perfect for me. The comments about the bed concerned me before my stay, but I didn’t notice its problem. On the other hand, I have to note that the surrounding area seems a little bit noisy due to traffic and people hanging out especially at night. Since I brought my ear plug, it didn’t bother me. All in all, I am very satisfied.

Lovely stay, thank you Amélia. Great for walks, scenery and close to all the action. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, had the right facilities and was peaceful.

Christian is a really beautiful human being! He was super flexible with check-in and check-out hours. He recommended me a place that was beautiful to wait for the room to get cleaned when I arrived. He had also a lot of recommendations and tips! The place is charming with the low roofs, full of light and not noisy, even though it is in a busy area, and (as you can read in the description) there is no lift, but it is completely manageable. Beach is a couple of blocks away. Loved it and if I am ever back in Nice, I would rent it again.

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Great stay at Pierre François's, who is responsive and gives very good addresses to discover the area. The apartment is large, clean. Everything was perfect. I think that in normal times, the location is quiet because the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, but there was a little noise during the day when we were there because of the works just next door. The apartment is 30 minutes from the city center on foot so very convenient. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a base in Nice for a few days!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

The place is just magical, a BREATHTAKING view from the bedroom and terrace, and on arrival there were very nice little touches like a bottle of rosé, coffee capsules... thank you again for this moment

Excellent value for money. Very large apartment, very well cared for, with everything very clean and tidy. The area is unbeatable with the beach and downtown nearby, and the tram to the airport right next door, with streets with public (paid) parking right there. Elevator that was always working perfectly. The appliances are modern and well maintained. Hosts always had wonderful communication! On a personal level, I was uncomfortable with the spring mattress (something hard as you have some back or neck problem), but I slept on the couch, it's very comfortable haha

Stéphane is a great host! Attentive to our needs, he responds quickly to our requests. We had a lovely stay in Nice🐬. As soon as we arrived, he advised us on the city's must-sees!🏙️ We found that there were not enough pillows for the bed, Stéphane quickly came to bring us new pillows! Thank you!!!!

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have an air parking space at home because we were traveling by car. But the enclosed garage has a very narrow space. If you're hesitant about parking, this process may be necessary for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I recommend you to consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It's safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden creates a bit of sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not someone to hang out with, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towel sets were clean. Only a few places were dusted visibly :). For the check-out process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back in the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.
