Lovely apartment and great space for a couple. Extremely walkable for shops and restaurants. Very close walk to the beach as well. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Nice’s place was an absolute joy! Nice has been one of the most responsive and friendly host that I’ve ever meet. You can tell that he really cares for the space, and its guests. The location of this space is ideal. You’re away from the hustle and bustle of Old Nice, but just a quick (and I mean quick) tram ride into town. Most nights we would take the tram into town and walk back. The beach is just a stones throw from the space too. Nice had all of the amenities you’d need for a beach day: chairs, towels, and an umbrella! You can’t beat it. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends.

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

what a great host Thomas is,communication was excellent from booking. He met us at the apartment to give the key and advise on the lift and amenities.He also gave us a bottle of wine,a really nice gesture. The apartment was very comfortable,a great bed, it was a little noisy from traffic,but it didnt stop us enjoying sitting on the little balcony with a glass of wine. A vibrant location ,5 minutes walking to the port.Great local supermarket. 15 mins to Garibalidi Square and the old town. Would highly recommend this Air b&b..

We had a wonderful experience. The flat was centrally located in a beautiful square. Beach and Train station are within walking distance and the tram line has a station right outside the flat. The balcony was a nice perk, especially for AM lunch or PM drinks. Upstairs was a little tight, especially if you are 6+ feet, but I managed to get by ok. Nora (our point of contact) was lovely. She greeted us upon arrival and was very quick to respond. We had some issues with the espresso machine and Nora replaced the machine— extremely accommodating.

The location is gorgeous. Spent a lot of time enjoying the view, watching the swimmers and boats. Karen was very responsive to a few things we needed. Walkable from that side of town but some may need rides on buses, Ubers etc to get to some parts of Nice. We walked everywhere and explored the transit system to all the towns such as Eze, Cannes, Monaco and Antibes. Perfect place to enjoy the view, read a book and relax. Only improvement would be perhaps some better linens and towels and a few minor supplies. Without question however, I would recommend the place and would return or refer any of my friends.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Lovely stay at Delphines Airbnb. Perfect host, quick to respond to any questions about our stay, accessible enough area to the beach front, shops and restaurants as well as a short walk to the tram stop to take us into Old Nice.

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Nossa estadia foi realmente incrível. Estivemos lá por 10 noites. A localização é incrível , perto de todas as coisas e de frente para o mar. O que mais poderíamos esperar ? O apartamento tinha tudo que precisamos, desde espaço até as ameninades e produtos de limpeza. No final ainda esqueci umas roupas e Joseph foi extremamente eficiente em acharmos uma solução. Joseph é um hóspede muito atencioso e respondeu qualquer questão prontamente. Resumindo: gostamos muito e estou ansiosa por voltar e sem dúvidas vou tentar esse mesmo apartamento. Obrigada Joseph.

Absolutely beautiful location! Bruno and Sophie were excellent hosts and showed off the place when we arrived and gave great local recommendations. This place is perfect for pool days and staying in as it is a bit of a hike to get down to the main roads. Also a bit difficult for Ubers to find your location, but that is not the fault of the hosts. Absolutely spotless, wonderful stay we had. Hosts were so accommodating and responded promptly always. It was perfection.

So happy I stumbled upon Philippe’s place! I was in town for a work trip and came a week early to relax — and this spot was perfect for that. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city center, it offered a peaceful escape from tourist crowds. Mont Boron was practically in the backyard, beaches were just a short stroll away, and there was a nearby supermarket that had everything I needed for my stay. The view from the balcony made for stunning morning coffees and breathtaking evening sunsets. It’s in an ideal location — a quick commute into downtown, with easy access to the coastal towns to the east. The bus system is convenient and close by, but I ended up renting a scooter to explore at my own pace, which gave me a real sense of freedom. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The apartment was spotless and perfectly sized for one or two people. And Philippe was an absolute delight — one of the best and most helpful hosts I’ve ever had!

Peaceful haven, quiet and a real relief from the craziness of Nice. Paola was really helpful, very responsive and even found us a place to buy bubble wrap for some wine we bought which was really nice of her. The location was perfect with a beach nearby and a bus stop a couple of minutes walk. We stayed for almost two weeks and really enjoyed Villefranche. We didn’t bother with a car and the buses and trains were very accessible. There is a fantastic walk to Nice and another around Cap Ferrat which we did a couple of times and was surprisingly rugged. Local market and Paola’s recommendations for restaurants were spot on. I would highly recommend it!

L’emplacement au port est tout simplement parfait – central, charmant et idéal pour découvrir Nice à pied. L’appartement est stylé, impeccable et exactement comme sur les photos. Tolle Lage, trotzdem ruhig. In der Wohnung gibt es wirklich alles, was man für einen guten Aufenthalt benötigt. Top Ausstattung, schöner Balkon. Falls man ein Auto hat, sollte man wissen, dass der Parkplatz ausreichend ist für kleinere Autos, mit sehr langem Suv hat es jedoch nicht gereicht. Wir konnten aber gut auf der Straße parken.

We absolutely loved our stay here and this place exceeded all expectations! It was even bigger in person than in the photos, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made us feel completely at home. From the well-equipped kitchen and laundry to the filled ice cube trays and welcome snacks, every detail was considered. The air conditioning was excellent, and we really appreciated the ample storage and the clothesline on the balcony – our clothes dried super quickly in the heat! The host went above and beyond, even providing a handy guidebook that led us to some great local restaurants. The location was perfect – just a short stroll to beautiful, quieter beaches and close to lovely spots to eat. It was also really easy to walk to the train station, making day trips to other cities a breeze. Overall, incredible value and one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Me and my friend really liked staying at they’re place. Super nice hosts they were very welcoming. Great area close to the beach really cozy being right by the sea we were also really close to the old town. The apartment was also really nice to stay at. We we recommend staying there.
