Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)

Beautiful apartment with separate bedroom, ideally located in the very center of Nice located 200 m from Place Massena, the pedestrian area, the Old Town and the green market and 550 m from the sea. This is the perfect location for a very pleasant stay with all the nearby restaurants, bars and beaches. This home, renovated very recently, overlooking a large courtyard, is absolutely quiet. Very sunny, it is facing south and is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
