The Studio is in a quiet location, tucked away but in walking distance of beaches, lovely independent shops, art galleries, a huge range of restaurants & traditional pubs. Our ground floor self contained flat sleeps 4-5 people.Its new build and comes with a little kitchen galley (toaster,kettle,microwave,fridge,air fryer shower toilet,Living room with a sofa bed and 1 separate bedroom with a double bed and sofa. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks

It includes stunning sea views, private garden, private jacuzzi, BBQ, & even an outdoor heater to enjoy the Riviera through all its' seasons, day or night. Only a few minutes walk, through the dreamy woodland, to Watcombe beach, situated in a cove. Which is also part of the South West Coastal Path, meaning you can enjoy a walk along the endless coastline.
