Katie offered a warm, relaxed and friendly home. She went over and above board and cooked me a splendid cooked breakfast and gave me lots of local information, as I was curious about the area. I felt right at home as she made me feel welcome, and we shared some great conversations.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Priesthole Cottage. Access to the larger grounds of the main house and the heated pool were the icing on the cake. Beautiful peaceful surroundings, characterful comfortable cottage, great host in Iona, and the wonderful town/area of Stokenham & Torcross. Thank you Iona!

What a lovely break! Well-equipped and very comfortable home. Hosts very friendly, and it was fun watching their animals too! Local for Brentor, Tavistock and Cotehele, and can highly recommend Blacksmiths Arms for tremendous Sunday lunch. Thank you, Gary and Lisa.

The most amazing place to stay, it was just perfect for us. Plenty of space, the comfiest beds, insane views and a great tennis court. Thank you so much Beani for everything, so quick at responding and so flexible on our check in and out process. It couldn’t have been better!

an amazing welcome with some wonderful home baked goodies including a birthday cake and balloon for my husband. The beautifully decorated Beach Hut supplied everything you needed plus more. Perfectly located to explore the spectacular South Hams coastline. Simon and Annie provide lots of local information, whether it's cliff top walks, beaches or restaurants you want to know about. Highly recommend and most certainly will return.

This was our second stay with Ben and Libby, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The Bakehose was as spotless and homely as we remembered, and will be the first one we check for availability on our future trips down to Devon to catch up with our family. In fact this time we arranged our trip around the dates it was free! Also, that the Manor Inn at Lower Ashton is such a great pub with superb food is an added bonus.

Han's was the perfect host, very welcoming to me and my daughter and nothing was too much trouble. Would happily stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was our second time staying at the Grain Store and once again it was absolutely fabulous! The Grain Store has everything you could need and so many thoughtful touches put in place by the owners. It’s the perfect place to go and relax and I would highly recommend it. The location is a great central point for going out and exploring and the Grain Store was very clean and very well heated too! Look forward to returning again in the future!

We had a fantastic short break in the artist annex and would love to return for a longer spell of relaxation. Micky was very helpful and friendly with great instructions and communication. The location was perfect and very peaceful with great views across the valley and with the annex being very well kitted out it's deserves 5 stars / 100% ratings. Really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully located studio. The host was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We felt very at home and enjoyed the peaceful countryside that surrounds the property. Enjoyed being close to Dartington gardens, the river dart and Totnes. Good value in terms of location. It’s ideal for exploring south Devon and having a peaceful place to stay while you’re there. Would stay again - although studio was slightly smaller than it appeared in the photos.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this lovely little cow shed conversion. The space is beautifully done — cosy, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing break in the Cornish countryside — so peaceful and idyllic. It’s in a great location with plenty to explore nearby. A special thank you to Steve and Kim for being such welcoming and thoughtful hosts — your hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay, The Annex was very well presented, incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Judith was incredibly helpful as well as the extra attention to detail on guiding us on our first trip away with our newborn, with all the amenities to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Lovely cosy and quiet place to rest awhile. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything that I needed. Peaceful rural location, good for walks and close to Bodmin moor. Beautiful decor - feeling calm and very refreshed after my stay. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. Will be wanting to visit again if in Cornwall again.

The cider house is a great place to stay for couples looking to dip their toe into the Cornwall lifestyle. The house is cozy and feels like a modern compact farm house. The location of the house is ideal for those looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside, the host provides a log burner filled with wood ready to burn for a cozy night in and also an outdoor fire pit for stargazers with endless amounts of wood to keep the fire roaring! Overall the house and host are brilliant, all amenities are provided to ensure there are more than enough activities and entertainment options to ensure your stay is perfect!

Pat and Isabel are great hosts, very friendly and very responsive. The place is in a quiet section of Torquay, yet not far from the beach and marina. Everything is as described, and kitchen is well equipped. The unit feels spacious because of two levels of living space.

Absolutely love our stay. The location is stunning and a sort walk to the beach. Very dog friendly. The accommodation is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Amazing space and probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

The apartment was lovely, its was spotless and well appointed. It was just a short walk into town which was great as we didn't need to use the car. We knew it was a basement but my husband is 6.4 and at times was uncomfortable as he had to duck his head. Would recommend.

was a great location for visiting Looe and surrounding area. we used this mainly as a base but the campsite is nice and quiet with a small park for the kids, small shop onsite for basic amenities. Would highly recommend.

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

Heather made us feel right at home. She greeted us at check-in and gave us a personal tour, along with suggestions for family activities and walks. Her place was a quaint and adorable 3 bedroom house perfect for our stay. She checked-in with us frequently and we loved the beautiful views. Thank you Heather!!

I was working so staying was a needs must basis. However, I would gladly stay there on holiday. Parking was close, place was quiet and it was warm (temperature as you wish) and clean.

A beautiful apartment set in stunning surroundings, clean and tidy. Host was friendly and very responsive and helped with finding taxis etc. Absolutely immaculate with views for miles. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!
