great place, felt like home, Carole was a great host, very helpful with and responded in all our queries promptly. Loads of mindful assets in the property, place has everything you will need, lovely surroundings like lake and a boat, really enjoyed a hot tub, beach about 5 minutes drive.

Fantastic accommodation for families. A great surprise with the additional 2 toilets as well as the. Bathroom, which was great for the 6 of us. Easy check in, great instructions sent in advance for checking in and checking out. Very friendly host. Accommodation is spacious, all rooms good sizes. Lovely comfortable beds and bedding was excellent quality. Kitchen very well equipped with all you need, which was great. So we could easily cook if we wanted to. Location is great, parking space very handy and easy to find parking spaces nearby for any additional cars. Peaceful location. All the sofas were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sit. Would definitely book again if looking in Kingsbridge for family size accommodation.

We were made to feel so welcome straight away. We would highly recommend Lance's Airbnb to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble to ask and we found the location and cottage to be a wonderful break.

Louise was so kind and generous in everything she presented. From her proactive and genuine communication to a really early check in to goodies provided on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble which meant a one night stay felt more than that. The cottage is beautifully situated to explore everything Dartmouth has to offer. It’s a gorgeous place and we wished we’d had longer to explore.

Great stay, introducing a fourth generation to Bantham ! The house is well equiped and in the perfect location with amazing views. Lisa and Mel always respnded promptly to any questions.

My wife and I had a great stay with our two daughters for a week over 1/2 term. The location is spectacular, on a secluded part of the Dart estuary. There is a great restaurant by the house that does a lovely breakfast and tasty evening meals. The area is lively during the day with people coming to eat and with families crabbing on the tidal pool but it is super quiet and peaceful in the mornings and evenings when the restaurant closes. There is lots for kids to do in the town, crabbing was a favourite but you can go kayaking from right outside the door and we saw a lot of groups of adults and kids having sailing lessons on the main estuary. Paddling boarding is popular in the area and you could get out at almost anytime of day, including on the tidal pool if the main estuary was very low. All in, the town is a real hidden gem and Chris’s house is in a prime location to make the most of it.

Incredible views in the most serene setting you could imagine. The location is also perfect, with a lovely pub opposite and Bantham beach just a short walk away. The property was spacious and well equipped. Highly recommended!

lovely small comfortable studio apartment, had everything I needed for my stay, kitchen, shower and good size bedroom, I slept extremely well. Has the added bonus of a parking space. Jane is a lovely host and easy to contact. It was a home from home and in a great location for shops and exploring Devon. I certainly will be back. would highly recommend. 😊

The home was beautiful with everything we needed and in a beautiful area, our only disappointment was that we were only staying for 2 nights as would have to have stayed there for longer. Cute sea side themed cottage with views of the Ley and all the birds to the front and the prom and beach 20 feet from the back gate. Stunning coast line, great walks, good food nearby and only 20 minutes from Kingsbridge and 30.from Salcombe. Basic holiday kitchen, cosy comfy front room, large main bedroom and adequate 2nd with partial view of the sea. Parking permit for right opposite very convenient for us and the dogs. We had a super week, thanks Eva and Richard.

Couldn’t have asked for a more tranquil setting. Home from home with friendly, laid back hosts. The farm is so much nicer than the photos can show. A real gem and great value for money. We would definitely return.

Very comfortable stay in a cosy, well located cottage opposite the mill pond in Millbrook Village. Great location within the village (including adjacent parking) and base for exploring beautiful south-east Cornwall. Helpful and responsive host - thankyou!

Thank you for a lovely stay Sarah! The property was fantastic, lots of character, and Sarah was really helpful and responsive. There are some wonderful restaurants within a 20 minute drive (we really liked Bewshea’s By The Beach) and some great beaches nearby. There’s good parking and good wifi in the lounge, and it was lovely watching the ducks get fed outside by the lake each day.
