We highly recommend staying here. The house is spotless and in a great location to see Plymouth easily. Nicola and Ashley were very helpful. There is parking right at the front door. Nice hot showers. Everything you need for a perfect holiday!

This place is fantastic as a base to explore all that Plymouth and the surrounding area have to offer! Although it’s not in the town centre it was one of the only listings with parking available and if you want to make the most of the beautiful countryside and beaches around Plymouth then a car is really helpful! And the trip into the city centre and the Barbican is a really easy drive from this location. The accommodation itself is fantastic, with a lovely kitchen and bathroom, and a beautiful garden, it was almost a shame that we spent so long at various beaches enjoying the lovely weather that we didn’t have the chance to spend more time at the house! We had the whole place to ourselves for a lovely weekend. I would 100% recommend this property, the check in and check out was very easy and communication was fantatsic throughout.

had a lovely stay, was my little boys first holiday and he absolutely loved watching the birds on the bird table every morning. nice and quiet place to stay, travel cot and high chair we're both provided along with some toys which was a lovely touch. thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Exactly as described, house was in fantastic condition and spotless. looks like it was recently renovated. kitchen had state of the art appliances

This Airbnb was stunning. We were blown away with all the amenities and just how beautiful it was. Neil was a fantastic host keeping us updated about anything we needed to know or ask. We were walking distance to everything and discovered some great restaurants and pubs. The box art/museum was well worth a visit. We were only 8 minutes walk from the Hoe, which was great for the festival we came for. In short we loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Stayed at Mike's as it is close to our work. All good, recommend to anyone working in the Devonport area.

We had a lovely stay. Lin was helpful and responsive. It was great to have so much space, comfortable rooms and it was conveniently located for visiting family who live in central Plymouth. Quiet location and good to have parking space that was secure. We will be staying here again.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for me and my family. All the amenities you would need. We only stayed for 2 nights but would loved to have stayed longer.

Great stay at Vera’s with thoughtful extras. Great value

Couldn't fault the apartment, it was clean, modern and very comfortable. The views were amazing and we especially enjoyed seeing the naval ships come into dock. The only down side for us was the distance to the city centre, as we like to explore on foot and it was quite a trek.

Perfect 2 day stay for a wedding in the area. Kairen was super quick to respond to any questions and offered early check in if needed. Lovely place with every amenity we could have needed including a magical milk frother and some very thoughtful welcome snacks which were much appreciated after a long drive! Kairen was incredibly friendly and a delight to chat to, the majestic Percy the cat was also a particular highlight. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area, thank you again!

Genuinely great place to stay, I walked everywhere like a 10 minute walk to centre. I really enjoyed the view from the apartment sad down on the balcony all the time when I wasn't out. Comfy furniture as well!

house was beautiful, perfect location and view was lovely. Easy walking distance to royal william yard and the ferries. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend visiting Ryan and Tanya at Fig Tree @ 36 if you want some amazing fresh local food! 10/10 for the food and service - we went a few times! Easy walking distance too. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely stunning place inside and out, I couldn’t have wished for more. The balcony was literally right on the sea and the views were gorgeous. When the tide is out there’s a lovely little beach and rock pools to explore. Lovely coastal walks down to Cawsand and Kingsand which is 2 miles each way so you do need to have a certain level of fitness, and National Trust house also nearby to visit. Lovely little ferry ride over to Plymouth and the barbican where there’s lots of lovely restaurants and little shops. The apartment itself was very cosy and comfortable with excellent WiFi connections. We didn’t close the curtains at night as it was lovely to see the sea from the bed and watch the moon shimmer on the water as well as wake up naturally with the sunrise. Best place we’ve ever stayed.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

The whole stay was stress free including taking a 10month old puppy with us. Access to Dartmoor almost immediate which is what we wanted. Going anywhere was within easy reach, friendly, clean well fitted out came and went as we pleased. Whole experience enjoyable, will go again before too long.

Gorgeous basement apartment, home from home. Amber & Jesse have thought of everything and more, including fresh milk, orange juice, butter, croissants etc on arrival. Great location to wander & explore Plymouth. We drove to Plymouth & the booking came with parking permits. Extremely helpful on arrival, Jesse had parked his car so when we arrived, he moved his car so we had a space. Very responsive communication. Loved our weekend there.

We had an amazing stay at Turnchapel, the condo is easy to find with ample parking. Great location for getting to the city via water taxi.. stunning views and very peaceful.. Sunset to die for and everything you need in the condo !

A lovely place in a beautiful location. The house was spotless with comfy beds and great kitchen facilities. Lovely to have tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a treat for our dog. A travel cot was also provided for our 5 month old which was great. The view from the decking is so peaceful and so quiet. Just the relaxing bank holiday weekend we were after.

Great stay in clean, characterful property

Great location, property and host. Becki was so friendly and the apartment was lovely and clean and felt secure. We parked the car on site, organised easily with Becki, and walked and travelled by ferry everywhere. We had a brilliant relaxing stay and we would highly recommend. Royal William Yard is a truly unique and a wonderful place to stay and the apartment was perfect for the two of us.

This was our second stay at Pin Lane. The apartment is accessible onfoot to so many places. On the Barbican and easy walk to the Hoe. Car park was a bonus. Only used the car once after we arrived for a visit to Tavistock. We got the ferry across to Mountbatten and an easy walk to Queen Anne's Battery. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at No.7 Pin Lane.
