Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Jorge's place with the 6 of us for 5 days. This AirBnB is abaolutely gorgeous. It's like you walked straight into a pinterest picture. The house is super well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. and the views.. oh my. beautiful! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully made and the bathrooms have everything you need and are clean! Jorge was very flexible about an earlier check in, welcomed us at the house and explained all the important things. He also provided us with some local tips for restaurants and made sure to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a great time at this place and we will for sure consider coming back in the future.

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

The place is a paradise. Everything is beautiful, clean, cozy. Fernando is very, very attentive. We enjoyed Heidi's excellent cuisine, which was recommended to us

Everything was excellent, the location and the beach are incredible.

The accommodation was the same as it was in the photos, the area was very nice, pleasant and close to everything. We had a supermarket nearby that meant we didn't have to leave the house because we had everything. The house is very cozy and beautiful, it has a private pool and then there are all the amenities that are also super nice. It's ideal to be with family and friends because it's spacious and has everything. Edgar, the host, is super friendly and is always very attentive to making sure nothing is missing and above all he's super attentive to every detail. That makes you feel at home. I loved it and highly recommend it.

Very cozy place. We had a divine weekend in the company of my dogs, the place is totally pet friendly. Comfortable with a divine beach. Ale is always very available and friendly. I would certainly stay here many more times.

We were very comfortable, everything was clean, everything worked, great android TV, spacious garage, quiet area. We had a problem with the heater late at night and they came to repair it that same night and the next day at 8am they came to finish the repair. Lorena is an excellent host! Always ready and attentive, thank you for everything!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

Maria Elena's villa is extraordinary. Very spacious, we all had the required comfort. Extremely well equipped, everyone was happy. Whether it was cooking utensils, beach towels, baby furniture, board games, sand toys or outdoor activity equipment, it was all there. The beds were very comfortable. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies and everyone had their space. Communications with Maria Elena were extremely easy and fast. She gave us several suggestions for restaurants and activities. During our stay, we used the services of Jackie and Toño, the couple who take care of the residence. They are remarkable and very caring people. They prepared meals for most of our stay and everything was excellent. I highly recommend using their service because they were really great, the highlight of our trip. We'll be back.

Mr. Juan Carlos' house is wonderful because of its location next to the beach. We went in low season, and it is very quiet, excellent for relaxing and spending time with the family. We were amazed by the beach, which was super beautiful, with the sunsets. We enjoyed the pool to the fullest. The family was happy. Thank you

Everything was great, except for other tenants who didn't respect the rules.

It's hard to describe the experience of how rewarding it was, without a doubt, everything matched what was specified and each of the items contained in the listing is amazing. As for the comfort and location I can say that you can't ask for anything else, it is perfect due to its proximity to downtown and the beach as well as the privacy, security and views it provides. It is a place to rest and enjoy as a couple. As soon as amenities it contains everything indicated and maybe even a little more everything designed to make you feel at home and meet all the needs of the user. Among them, the water purifier it contains, the beautiful kitchen utensils, the comfort of the bed, among others. I am equally grateful for the constant and attentive communication from the host who was always there to answer questions quickly and efficiently. There are many more good things to mention but don't give the words, super recommend 10/10

Great place, great host; highly recommended The neighborhood is quite and felt very safe. There are places to eat within talking distance.

Great place to stay. Good value for the price. As a family with 3 young kids, this place was great for the pool and beach. The inside is not fancy but functional, outdoors definitely makes up for it. All three bedrooms have AC that work great. Tip: Uber eats shows that only one or two places deliver but if you look up restaurants close by, you can message them directly and they’ll deliver to the house. Overall good place!

We had a really nice time in Progreso. The house is beautiful with the private beach and everything is as described. Alejandrina was really helpful and nice. Very close to the accommodation is a big construction site. But there wasn’t much noice and we weren’t bothered. We would definitely stay again.

loved the penthouse, great view overlooking the massive, expansive pool and grounds. good to catch the morning sun. the condo is spacious and very cool to be in. great breeze can be let in. easy access with elevator. I'd go there again.

The place has an excellent oceanfront location, it is definitely a very peaceful place to spend with family. We had no issues during our stay. I would just add that they don't have a lot of privacy because it is wing of another house and there is no division. We were lucky that we were alone for two nights and were able to enjoy the tranquility and privacy. The house has an excellent ocean view, is very well equipped and the manager was very kind all the time. Only the bathrooms need a little more attention as they were a little dusty and neglected. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I love the looks of this place and it was perfectly clean. The host was helpful and gave good recommendations for restaurants and activities. I had a pleasant time.

I loved the attention we received via message at all times, the power went out and I loved that they had a quick solution, the hosts were super friendly and the place was beautiful and quiet for a family, Oxxo nearby and several places to visit no more than 30 min away. 🤗 Without a doubt, when I return I would stay with them 10/10. The only thing is that we were traveling with a senior citizen and it was difficult for them to go up to the rooms because there is nothing to hold on to on the stairs, apart from that everything was beautiful 💗
