Gaby’s place was great. The amenities were outstanding, the staff was nice, and Gaby was extremely responsive to all my questions. The place is about a 5-7 minute walk from the private beach which is breathtaking. La Amada has its own reserved spot on the beach which is great for swimming and lounging. The rooftop pool was one of my favorite spots to sit and swim. I would definitely recommend Gaby’s place and stay here again!

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at Mike’s apartment. Will definitely return when in Cancun. The apartment is spacious and clean and the rooftop pool is great too. We enjoyed our time there!

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit mais le logement était propre et les lits confortables. Nous avons trouvé facilement le logement et avons pu y accéder sans problème.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We loved the place, and will definitely come back again when we travel Cancun next time.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Nos alojamos 6 personas en la casa de Bertha y a todos nos sorprendió el nivel de cortesía y la preocupación de ella. siempre pendiente y muy detallista! nos sentimos muy cómodos, como en casa, en un hogar. creo realmente fue difícil irnos. la casa tiene de todo para tu comodidad: cafeteras, microondas, cocina, horno, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, áreas de descanso tal como se ve en las fotos. las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones también. cada una con su privacidad ya que cada habitación tiene su baño. adicionalmente hay un baño pequeño cerca de la cocina. los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfecto y la habitación principal en donde yo me hospedé incluso tenía una mesita. Gracias Bertha!! realmente la recomiendo y volvería feliz con mi familia. como dato: la playa tortugas y la playa langosta quedan muy cerca y si quieres ir a otro sector puedes ocupar la R1 o R2 que cuesta 12 pesos y puedes recorrer toda la zona e incluso ir al centro.

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

We had a really good time at Julio’s place which is centrally located above the Plaza Las Americas. There is a big food court in the mall plus Uber Eats can deliver to the location. Most of the activities in and around Cancun had a meetup point at the mall so that was very convenient. Building is super secure with a locked door which has 24/7 security present and you have to tap your card for the elevators to go upto your floor. Amenities included an amazing and clean swimming pool and a gym. Julio was really helpful when we reached out to him for anything and recommended a few places too! I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s place in Cancun! The property was exactly as described clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Juan was a great host very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Excelente lugar, tal cual se ve en las fotos y se describe el lugar. Muy accesible, cerca de playas, supermercados y gasolinera. Volvería a hospedarme en lugar si regreso a Cancún. BONUS, dentro del condominio hay una tienda y sirve comidas por si no quieres salir del lugar encuentras todo ahí mismo. El anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo saliera bien.

We stayed a week at the condo and we loved it. The location and view from the patio was perfect. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the pool. Our coffee pot broke and they brought us a new one. They responded quickly any time I reached out. The smart tvs were great and we had plenty of space for our stuff. If we go back to Cancun, we would stay here again.

el departamento está muy lindo (coincide al 100 con las fotografías), cuenta con todas las amenidades que se requieren en un hogar, de tal manera que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada, más que por disfrutar. Las albercas están lindas, limpias y con la temperatura adecuada para nadar, además de que cuenta con con palapas agradables para quien no desee nadar. Y en cuanto a la atención recibida, está fue muy buena, ya que siempre están al pendiente de las necesidades y dudas que tengamos. Realmente te hacen sentir como en casa. Recomendable al 100

todo estuvo genial.. una buena opción para conocer Cancún si quieres ahorrar en alojamiento, hay restaurantes cerca, o si vas de paso está a 15 mins a del aeropuerto en taxi, si me volvería quedar. cienta con dispensadores para la ducha por si ya no quieres abrir maletas como yo.
