This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! We loved our stay at Tiziana's Airbnb and would have been great to stay an additional day. The home is well equipped and the host is very kind. The center of montefalco is quite close and the views from the terrace are lovely.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

To value this property, you have to start with the HOST, a professional in every sense. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until check-out; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and quiet of the place, it was easy for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, everything is very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is an unrepeatable experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Absolutely positive experience to be repeated, enchanting place for tranquility and for long walks immersed in nature together with our two furry friends welcomed in the property without any problem. The host is very kind and helpful, the property is really very nice, the accommodation is very clean and equipped with many amenities and the presence of an impeccable pool makes the stay even more pleasant, especially in the warmer periods. We had a really good time and I sincerely thank Mrs. Maddalena for the welcome and for the sweet thought she gave us on our arrival.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

This place was truly incredible. The location, the beauty, the pool I enjoyed every moment. I even cried a couple of times from pure happiness. Huge thanks to the hosts for their care and warm hospitality. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and filled with a sense of calm. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise.

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

What a fantastic place! If you are looking for a peaceful place in nature to relax and unwind in Italy, look no further than this farm stay. Silvia and Alberto were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful, the accommodations are nice, and the views are spectacular. An added bonus was their adorable dog, who greeted us at our car, hung out with us often and went on nearly every walk with us. We already miss her! Alberto also did a cooking class for us, which was a wonderful experience and so much fun. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Very quiet accommodation in a beautiful countryside of Umbria with only birds and sun to wake you up in the morning. Lots of great villages nearby and of course Perouse and Assisi! Hugues also has plenty of great places to recommend!

Simonetta really is the hostess with the mostest, The room offered is spacious, spotlessly clean with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Fabulous beamed high-ceilings make the room feel huge, And the large windows let in lots of natural light. The bed was super-comfortable, And the floor - for a very old building its beautifully tiled and squeak-free. From the outset Simonetta was on a mission to ensure we made the best of Perugia, with excellent recommendations for things to do, see and eat. We've visited Perugia many times over the years - but with Simonetta's help discovered even more to love about Umbria's capitol, Perugia. Grazie Mille, We look forward to visiting again.

Very helpful and responsive host, apartment equipped with everything you need such as pots and kitchen accessories, sheets, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, soaps and paper. Easy to find and easy to access! Located above the supermarket! We are satisfied with our stay, among other things, it was very convenient for us due to the proximity to the event we attended. Thanks so much for your experience!

Had a wonderful time staying in Deseos’s place! Couldn’t have asked for a more central location. Dropping the bags was slightly stressful with a car, but if you can carry your things, suggest parking down in the free parking lot at the bottom of the mini metro as the metro runs every few minutes and costs only €1.50 per ride. The apartment is just a five minute walk from the last mini metro stop. Perugia is so walkable and we really enjoyed being in the heart of it, eating at many of the local restaurants. If you’re into vintage shopping also recommend checking out Paleos Vintage. Deseos was incredibly helpful, sorting out any questions or needs we had efficiently and kindly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lush stay in Perugia.

Ideal place for those looking for accommodation that is central to the main tourist destinations of the place. Unique farmhouse for views and tranquility, staying here is an experience

accommodation at the foot of Perugia, absolutely comfortable and with all the advantages of being outside the city. The accommodation has a perfect garden for dogs, well fenced and that guarantees relaxation for guests also due to the presence of the grill. The house is a wonderful cottage with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning, TV, wifi, etc.). A round of applause for the impeccable cleanliness. Our goal was to find a cozy home for our two dogs (Huskies) where we could relax in the evening without having to go out, and we found great support in Michela's home. She is also very helpful and generous. if we return to Umbria, we will definitely consider coming back here.

We felt so comfortable! Every smallest detail was considered. If I could, I would give 10 out of 5 stars. The view over the valley was breathtaking and the place looked even better than in the pictures. Thank you! We will be back!
