The host Juliana is amazing, very attentive, gave tips and suggestions on how to make the most of the island. Her advertised space was impeccable, very clean, organized, with details that bring a sense of welcome and comfort. It is clear that there was care with every detail and this conveys a special care. We love the location. We love the decor. We had great memories. It is certainly a place we will return to and recommend.

We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, a truly clean, organized, equipped and tasteful environment. House in a safe, quiet and well-located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the setback. Super commendate staff.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Simply spotless! I have allergic rhinitis and from the beginning, I warned Isa about my sensitivity. She was extremely attentive and did an extra cleaning with great care... the house was impeccable, dust-free and super cozy. He answered all our questions quickly, always with kindness. The stay was great, home exactly as in the pictures and perfect for three people. Very quiet and with a lot of privacy. On the first night there was a lot of wind, which enters through some parties of doors and windows, watch out for this if you have light sleep or trouble sleeping with the whistles or sounds of trees and bamboos. The only flat point was garbage on the beach, many plastic bottles.

Everything is wonderful!! The house is perfect, very well located and has EVERYTHING you need to settle in, you literally just have to bring your clothes hahah Gustavo is very attentive! We loved the days we spent at the house, which is cozy, spacious, perfect!! Right on the mountain, full of birds and butterflies, a quiet 😍 place full of peace. My dogs loved the garden, the lawn and played all the time. When it was time to leave, no one wanted to get in the car lol I appreciate all the care dedicated to offering us the greatest possible comfort. We look forward to returning soon! Despite the cold, expected at this time, we were able to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

The space is very well organized and clean. It had everything we needed for three days. My wife and I felt at home. The space is located in a side street in the middle of the historic center of São Sebastião, so it is possible to visit the entire historic center on foot, without any difficulty. In addition, there are markets, bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The parking provided is very useful. Driele was a great host, gave very useful local tips and we were able to have a great experience this first time in São Sebastião.

The accommodation is amazing with a wonderful view. I loved staying there and I definitely plan to come back. Everything was perfect. Clean space and it's identical to the photos. The host gave great tips on places and tours and that helped a lot.

What a happiness it was to host us in this space! The Witch beach is so close to the beach to consider backyard. Beautiful, clean and organized space. Nina was extremely receptive and helped us in everything, including the establishment indications we needed. We were also well received by Shakira kitty, the company was great in the days we stayed there! We hope to return soon.

I really liked the place, very good and organized structure. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, the pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The location is exactly as advertised, super cozy and clean, the host Maria was always available to answer any questions, if we ever return to Maresias you can be sure that we will return to stay in the same place

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again, but everything was perfect, thank you

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recommended!
