The house is super comfortable. Carla always responded promptly to any questions. The view is simply spectacular! The mattresses are very firm, only one of the rooms I found more comfortable, but of course, it's totally personal taste. Voltaria for sure ❤️

The rooms are well equipped and provide a great rest experience. The pool is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun as we contemplate the scenery. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to local beaches and attractions. Sil was an exceptional host, always available to help and offer tips about the region. I strongly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a combination of comfort, beauty and hospitality. I can't wait to get back!

A quiet place and close to what we needed (shops, bakeries and the like), the host was always willing to answer questions and help us with whatever we needed, the house was in excellent condition as advertised and had no problems, in short, a great stay.

The house is wonderful, clean, cozy, well maintained and full of details that make us feel at home. But what really made the difference in our stay was Nenê. She has a caring way of taking care of everything, always willing to help, give tips on tours and even order fresh seafood to prepare with that homemade seasoning that only she knows how to make. And the chocolate cake? Delicious! We will definitely return!

The space is wonderful! Just like in the f otos, surrounded by a lot of nature, excellent location with everything we needed nearby, the house impeccably clean and organized, with everything we needed, complete kitchen, bedding, pillows, towels, everything impeccable! Luís is very proactive, he gives several tips in advance for you to prepare. The condominium is in nature, a very pleasant place. Well-equipped and clean house. We were in two families with teenage children and everyone enjoyed the place. As for the location, for us it was a ten, but it depends on your goal, if the priority is nature and proximity to the most popular beaches, this is the place. The condominium pool area is very nice, but the furniture could be better maintained. In short, the stay was worth it!

The house is great and Mirella is very attentive. It has a great structure and the Dona Rosa (homemade) is a sympathy and super helpful, it helped us so much throughout the stay.

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, the experience was wonderful from beginning to end, very helpful and attentive host (Mr. Douglas) We used the pool, common space, very good, location is great with good shopping structure, easy access to beaches, we want to go back! Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a sweetheart. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

The house is just wonderful! It is beautiful, has a rustic aesthetic, it is full of vegetation, and very well cared for. It has several amenities, including a full kitchen. It has airfryer, sandwich maker, a VERY spacious fridge and freezer and all the necessary utensils. We don't miss anything. Pros next guests, attention only to the shots, as most are of the old model, with two pins. Maia was extremely friendly and attentive, supporting us with great agility and making our stay impeccable. The house, as he says in the ad, is a bit far from the beach, and the path to the best beach has a climb in the beginning. But you can go and get back on foot, no problem. Without words, everything was great! I highly recommend it! Including, I intend to go back there. It's worth it!

We loved the house! Our stay was excellent! Spacious, comfortable and organized home! Everyone, especially children, loves a heated pool! Full kitchen, we didn't miss anything at all! The biggest differentials of the house are: ice machine, filtered drinking water (not having to buy mineral water is very good) heated pool and beach service with tent assembly! We felt a little lacking in a few more beach chairs to be made available, but everything worked out because we used the chairs from the beach huts! There are so many “attractions” in the house like videoke, ping pong table, pool slide that there was no time to enjoy everything! Didn't even have time to turn on the TV! Dayane is a great host, she responds quickly and is always very polite, she gave great tips and suggestions for everything! We will definitely return more often!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The house is excellent, very clean and well-equipped. Everything working, great showers, heated pool, good internet. The house has many stairs, but that was not a problem for our group. It met 100% of our expectations. We were very well attended by the host Fábio, the housekeeper Lena and all the professionals of the condominium. It is well worth it, as it is close to Vila and the beaches of the north of the island.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! More foot in the sand than that would be impossible. Quality towels and linens, pressurized showers, everything extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local handyman) and Kellen welcomed us very warmly, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos's soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also leave a special thanks to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to come back!! I highly recommend it, but be prepared to raise the bar of the airBnbs you frequent haha

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Chris and the homemade Adri were super polite and solicited! We love so much, we hope to be able to return soon!

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!
