It has a diving school, equipment rental, bar, restaurant, IT IS LIT UP AT NIGHT, and there is a pier for boats and fishing. The house has a beautiful view of the sea, mountains, boats and cruises that pass by very close.

We are back bringing comfort and beauty to our typical Ilhabela style. There are 2 en-suites with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, beautiful and ventilated bathrooms. One of the suites can serve as a home office. AC in the living room.
