Lovely accommodation – a little hidden gem! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything i needed. Great location, with everything within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Emma’s studio is our favourite air bnb we have ever stayed in. The decking has the most beautiful view and the property is well decorated. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk down to the harbour. We came here for our first holiday with our 6 month old, and it was such a great choice. There was plenty of space for a travel cot and having the washing machine was really helpful. We usually can’t wait to get out and explore the local area, however on this trip we didn’t want to leave. And are planning to return as it was the best value, and the perfect location to relax and take in the beautiful view.

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Kerry and Chris were always responsive and helpful. Their place is one of the larger units I’ve stayed in and has plenty of space for a couple family. Good outside area and plenty of parking. Would book again

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described. The beds and sofas were very comfortable! Great to have little touches like water, milk, biscuits, and the air fryer made it easy to cook simple meals. A convenient location as we were visiting both Eden Project & Heligan

What a pleasure to stay in this fabulous place - THE VIEW! The balcony was the icing on the cake and we were fortunate to have hot sunny weather, not a given in Cornwall! Falmouth is a delightful spot and the apartment is perfect as so close to everything, incl the train station and it’s all on the flat in that part. The accomm was just as described and handy with a loo on the living quarters floor. Cornish Holiday Cottages were excellent at handling queries and always super fast. Defo would use them and visit this apartment again. Thanks for the flowers and biscuits - a generous sentiment. A special stay for three generations visiting a uni student. We also made the most of the are having a car from enterprise at Penryn. They will get you from the station there a couple of stops up from Falmouth by train.

This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at to date. We wanted a place for our family to visit and be together for the few days we were in Falmouth. It became apparent as soon as we got there the time spent in the property was going to be enjoyable and the way the property was laid out everyone could be involved in the celebrations at the same time. We will definitely be in contact again and will certainly recommend Ric's place to any of our friends if they ever want to stay in Falmouth.

This house is perfect. Clean, extremely spacious with a delightful garden complete with table and chairs, leading on to the stream. This is our second stay, another one booked for the autumn and already thinking about next year. A real home from home, in a delightful village and with good neighbours. Can’t fault it at all.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We loved are stay, it was beautiful, peaceful, felt like you were miles from anywhere. Great hosts, very quick response to messages. It was a little hot the first night so we ask if they had a fan and they supplied one strait away. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home and it also felt so private. Just what we needed for our break away! Great amenities and the local area was gorgeous, we spent the week doing some gorgeous coastal walks and relaxing! Highly recommend!

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

it was a WOW moment when we took in the view from the lounge. The apartment is modern clean and very well equipped. The instructions were very clear and helpful. We are hopeful to return in the future. Gary and Jan x

Great location overlooking the sea and St Michael's Mount but minutes walk From the station, restaurant and bars. Penzance has lots to offer and we easily got about by train or walking.

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

Looking for a base from which to explore Cornwall in April 2025, we found this remarkable place. Comprehensive instructions for getting there, a warm well stocked kitchen and thoughtful milk and biscuits. From the large, comfortable kitchen/diner a door on the left opened into the bedroom with a king size bed, large storage chest and TV. The bed was very comfortable with bedside lights and adequate pillows. The other door from the kitchen was the lounge, cabinet with mugs and glassware, huge L shaped couch, table with a lamp, wood burner in the corner and the TV. Everything included for a great week’s stay, for us the exceptional extra was the EV charger for our electric car. We could go out all day and leave the car to charge during the night. A true time saver. We were fortunate to meet our host Sara who is absolutely super, very friendly and concerned that we had everything we needed. From a couple of seniors wanting to see as much as possible of Cornwall during our stay, THANKS.

A lovely little flat which was very clean and well equipped. Eleanor was friendly and helpful. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Very handy location near the Art school. I would not recommend to a nervous driver though. Difficult entry and exit.
