The Cwtch, a modern compact studio apartment in a converted outbuilding set in the grounds of a secluded property close to the Rising Sun Inn approximately 1.5 miles from Haverfordwest on the A487 to St.Davids, 6 miles to the spectacular Newgale beach and coastal path makes this an ideal stay for walkers.
“Absolutely delighted with our stay at The Cwtch (aptly named). Everything was fabulous - five stars. A great location, that's close to everywhere but so peaceful and calm - could have done without the rain though. Very high standard of cleanliness - and in current pandemic-times that's very reassuring. Lovely comfy bed, excellent shower, lovely decoration - love the hearts :) Truly a lovely venue, and the host's attention to detail was very much appreciated. Will definitely go back (with hopefully better weather).”
The Stable is a recently converted barn in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with great views of the sea and fields. It is a good place for couples, solo adventurers, hikers, bird watchers, seal spotters and stargazers who are looking for peace and tranquillity. The spectacular coastal path is a short walk away. The stable is eco-friendly and comfortable with underfloor heating, modern media facilities and a bathroom that has received much praise from our guests.
“We had a such a wonderful few days here, it was just before the world was turned upside down with the Covid-19 outbreak and we couldn’t have asked for a better piece of calm before the storm. The stable is a gorgeous space, the perfect spot to relax and the views are even better than the photos. Florence was a great host, really easy to get hold of and made sure we had everything we needed but also left us to enjoy our break without interruption. Would not hesitate to recommend and can’t wait to go back.”
Hen Stabl (meaning "Old Stable" in Welsh) is a private cottage in the quiet countryside of North Pembrokeshire with it's own picturesque gardens, large cedar hot tub, and balcony overlooking the stunning countryside Secluded location with no passing traffic. The cottage is part of a 9-acre ex dairy farm. We live in the 200 year old Farm House next door. Excellent base for exploring the Pembrokeshire Coast with some of Britain’s best beaches.
“This is a lovely, cosy cottage in the middle of rural West Wales with views over the countryside and you can even see the sea from the bedroom balcony! The hot tub is perfect for watching the stars and it's even a bit eco friendly, heated by solar panels during the day. We arrived and the lights were on to welcome us. The cottage was lovely and warm and had everything you need for a short break. All the facilities were excellent, great shower, wifi if you want it and a comfy bed to sleep on. Really peaceful surroundings but not too far away from Cardigan or beaches or indeed the hills.”
