A good place to observe Northern Lights, see reindeer and experience different activities, such as skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in winter months. The house is located conveniently by E63 road and a 30-minute drive from Pyhä-Luosto National Park. During summer, you can fish in the river, choose from multiple hiking trails and enjoy midnight sun.

Small log cabin with a beach sauna

The atmosphere of a log cabin on the banks of the River Kitisen, just 2 km from the center of Sodankylä. Sleeping accommodations for five. There is a log beach sauna with a wood stove and a renovated terrace, which also has an open fire for barbecuing. A new dock in front of the sauna to freshen up the river. Possibility to rent various kayaks, canoes and SUP boards. We also organize guided paddles, as well as guidance to the beginnings of kayaking.
