Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Pecos River

From the moment I made the reservation, Vanessa was warm, welcoming, and helpful! I had no issues getting inside and everything else was pristine. There were even dog treats available and some basic food items in the fridge. The fireplace in the living room was gorgeous and I'm sure it would be amazing in the colder months. Check-out was also smooth and required minimal effort. I would definitely recommend this host and place!

Nice house. Just a short walk to the Pecos river. Tom has a nice deck/grill set up by the river. The house is lovely and has a great sun room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay.

the house is beautiful and we absolutely loved our stay. the house is just as described and our kids really loved the game room. the beds were so comfortable and the mast bathroom was wonderful. we loved the backyard and creek. the house was very well kept and we will definitely stay again!

I grew up in the area and have always loved nogal and have been fascinated by the mercantile so I was very excited to stay here. Scar was very accommodating and responded to all of my messages immediately. The little apartment is very comfortable and I loved the wood flooring. I hope I get time to visit again soon!

Mr Bart is a great host. Very attentive and very nice..Beautiful area, property is as listed. Very nice and clean. Alot of stores to tour. Mr. Bart makes sure you are ok at all times. I was in Ruidoso for work. The neighbors are very friendly. If you are planning to visit Ruidoso, please think about staying here. You will not be disappointed.

I would definitely be coming back to enjoy the cool crisp air with the natural surroundings that their place provided. Especially loved the wall of pasts guest. Would recommend 10/10.

Better than the pictures. My family and I have one of our best weekends in a long time. Cabin is clean, beautiful inside and outside. Surroundings are safe and near everything. BOOK IT ! We definitely be back. ❤️
