Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pecos River

Skylar’s place was great. The location is very close to Texas Tech, which was our destination while in Lubbock. There were lots of snacks and bottled water which we appreciated so much. The place was comfy, clean, and cozy. We also loved the neighborhood cats who greeted us each day.

Kamie was great, very attentive any time I reached out, and very accommodating! Her place was perfect for what we needed!

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! We really enjoyed our stay at CoCo’s house. The house itself is absolutely adorable, and my four year old loved the toys and play room. She was very heartbroken when we had to leave. The house itself is very clean and made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the little goodies left out on the table! Thank you so much for such a blessed stay. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

We were in town during the tornados and the host reached out gave us clear instructions on safest place in there opinion and then sent addresses to the local tornado shelters. She kept in touch and was helpful for the scary situation!

We had a great stay at the boho house - great location, perfect size place and well organized. Dogs loves the yard!

We loved Fiona's place! It was perfect for a getaway with two kids and two dogs. We enjoyed the fenced backyard and being able to walk to restaurants and parks. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't there much except morning and evening as we were visiting with relatives. We ate at a restaurant only a few blocks away 2 times as it was great. The home had everything and more that we needed. This was also our first Airbnb experience and it went very smoothly.

Hard to add anything new to all the accolades. But definitely even better than the photos and descriptions depicted. One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It’s the perfect combination of a historic building with all the modern conveniences. Loved the cozy TV watching area with 2 comfy chairs. King bed was extremely comfortable, shower was easy to use and there were plenty of towels, etc. Jan and Frank are the perfect hosts—friendly, helpful, informative and respectful.

Great place, well maintained and made our trip better, having a breakfast in the room was lovely, Jenn was very communicative and helpful.

We had a great stay at Matt’s place. The location is super convenient—right off I-40 in Amarillo, which made it easy to get in and out. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. Matt was a responsive and friendly host. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone passing through Amarillo.

Great price compared to local hotels. Looks like lots to do at the hotel such as an indoor pool, arcade games, and a club. Unfortunately wasn’t there long enough to check anything out but still neat all that was right there.

We visited Lubbock for my nephew's graduation from Texas Tech and decided to stay at Devin's penthouse when we realized the amazing value - the huge amount of space, accommodations and amenities vs. staying in a hotel. The hotels were more expensive so this was a win! We were able to have family over for dinner one night and played pool and darts, hung out on the enormous wrap around deck and stared at the city lights, then watched movies on the big screen. Overall, it was a great home base and super accommodating. The penthouse was VERY clean and tidy, had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. I think it's important to note that the surrounding area is a bit run down and the common areas of the building, including it's inhabitants, initially gave us pause. It turned out to be very quiet, safe, easy going and the stay in the awesome penthouse made up for it by far! If you are looking to stay in Lubbock this is a must! Thanks, Devin!

We had one issue during our stay, we love this place so I won’t list it here! It was brought up to them and they’re aware of the issue and are handling it. We will be back again if the hosts allow us to come back! We only stay here when we travel to Amarillo. Awesome place, has a pool, cornhole, mini golf, rooms are dark! We just love this place!

Like a home away from home! Very nice decor. Special extras like coffee, biscotti, and cookies were quite a treat. Wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed staying with Dawn. Not only was it a great place to stay, but we had the perfect evening. We had dinner with live music, drove a few blocks down the street to our honeymoon suite, swam and relaxed under the stars in the pool, and enjoyed our spacious suite. The sit down home style breakfast was delicious. What a special treat!

Only stayed one night but could have been there forever. Great place great breakfast too. We will come back soon.

This place was our favorite "mistake" (inside joke with Mel). She has the best spirit and her presence made our stay outstanding!!! We had a great laugh, profound conversation, and she and her place are something we will NEVER FORGET! A GODSEND OF A "MISTAKE"!! We were only guests and she came to make breakfast for us and we had THE BEST time exchanging life's experiences! God, our HIGHER power has a great sense of humor, and is ALWAYS GOOD!!

Melanie is an amazing hostesses with such an awesome place!! They turned this house into a Stoners dream house!! The indica sweet was just our vibe and very comfy! Every room has its own theme and scent.. you can’t get enough of the amazing smells especially in the kitchen!! The homemade breakfast was amazing I could go back for the tortillas alone 😋 thank you Melanie for all the great recommendations, conversations over breakfast and for making my birthday trip worth it!! I will definitely be going back as soon as I can ❤️❤️❤️

My wife and I chose to break up our road trip with a quick trip to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Conveniently located 25 minutes from the park, we stayed at the Mesquite Cabin and had one of the best nights we have had in a long time. The hot tub was extremely well maintained and the water was perfectly clean. It was completely private and also came with an incredible view of the stars. The decor was great and the place was very confortable. Liz's property was also pet friendly so we were able to bring our puppy along for the ride. Breakfast was fantastic and they catered to our preferred delivery time. We will 100% be staying there in the future.
