Monthly Rentals in Peaks Island

Such a great little spot in one of the nicest corners of Peaks Island! John was great, being flexible with me when my arrival time needed to be changed up. Would visit again and again!

We LOVED the Island Treasure - Peaks is a slice of heaven right here on earth, and this little island cottage is a great place to enjoy it from. Perfect location - easy walk to "down front" where the stores and restaurants are, and an easy walk to many beaches as well. We walked to Picnic Point every single morning, and most evenings too, and also went to the 5th Maine very often to enjoy the views off the beautiful back porch. Honestly, the location cannot be beat. Quiet, private, and so so comfy. The house is cozier and cuter than the pics convey. Kitchen is very very well appointed. We were sad to leave!

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was! Andrew was incredibly responsive, let us check in early and check out late without even asking. It was a great location on the island, very walkable, even for my mother with a bad knee (she was exhausted after the first day though). Would absolutely stay again!! 10/10

We had a great stay at Capt Gene's! He was very helpful before our trip with giving ferry instructions which made our first day less stressful and more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Capt Gene's!
