Monthly Rentals in Parramatta Park

We loved Hazel's place. It was right above Eat street yet private and the amenities were great. The apartment was lovely we felt right at home and enjoyed the afternoon music from the streets below. We did stay over a long weekend and a Paramatta home game, so the night sounds were a little loud, but hey Paramatta won! So bring with a set of earplugs if you think this might interrupt your sleep. We would stay at Hazel's again without a second thought. We also absolutely loved the balcony. Hazel's house is an absolute gem, clean , comfortable (beds were great) and had everything you could need. We loved it and am sure you will too.

Absolutely lovely host and very quick to reply to messages. Place was very easy to find and with the help of star, room was even easier to navigate and find! Definitely would recommend to those who are looking for somewhere quiet in parramatta. It’s easy to access the Westfield’s nearby, a near 2 minute walk and there is a car park right behind the building! Thank you for the great experience Star!

great find at short notice for a week long work trip. The room is peaceful, comfortable, and Sara's communication was perfect and very helpful. the bed was comfortable, room is a good size, and the area was perfect to explore and enjoy.

If you need to be in Parramatta/Harris Park this is the place for you! Clean, tidy and plenty of space in the apartment to use as you see fit. My wife and I were here for a combination of work and fun. Public transport made it easy to get into the rest of Sydney too!
