Waterfront vacation rentals in Panama

OMG! This is thee best Airbnb i have stayed in yet.Unit 3003 in the The Sand apartments and mall is by far super fabulous,the host,the unit staff,the building staff,the Amenities. The unit has beyond what u can ask for,the building has 4 restaurants, 2bars,a gym, a children's playroom,zipline,and over deck within a elevator ride away from the apartments plus centrallylocated to everything. I really do recommend this Airbnb 200% for a super fantastic time in Panama.

Accommodation matches the photo. Very easy access. And pleasant setting. Very responsive and attentive host.

Nice place and views and there was a local store for any food needs. The place was 30-40 minutes from the downtown of Panama and traffic was terrible getting to Panama. But the condo made up for the headache of the traffic we looked forward to coming back to our temporary home. Thanks for allowing my family and I to stay at your villa.

My husband and I stayed at José's place for a quick birthday trip and we loved it! Firstly, José is very responsive and is a great communicator. We felt right at home and most importantly we felt very safe. The apartment itself is gorgeous! Looks exactly like the pictures and that view is everything. The bed was comfortable and the shower was HOT. The building itself is very nice with amazing amenities inside like restaurants, a place for kids, spa, gym, and rooftop pool area. The building is also within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and things to do. I would stay at José's place again in a heartbeat!

🌴✨ A True Tropical Oasis! ✨🌴 Our stay here was nothing short of magical—a true private getaway tucked inside a lush, tropical paradise. The property felt like a hidden gem with multiple infinity pools beautifully placed around the grounds, each one more inviting than the last. We had a breathtaking view of the jungle, and the private beach access was a dream—endless miles of peaceful shoreline that we walked daily. The amenities exceeded expectations: TVs in every room, extra soft 100% cotton towels, additional blankets and pillows—every thoughtful touch was in place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Traveling with our pets is always a priority, and this host made it effortless. Our pups felt just as welcome as we did, and we appreciated the warm energy from every member of the staff. The second-floor location was perfect—easily accessible and with beautiful views—and the host was beyond attentive, checking in and making sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Loved our stay. Location was perfect for walking the Cinta Costera and many restaurants. Foodie Market (grocery) was right behind the building and we stopped there everyday. Spent many enjoyable hours on the balcony. Pool area also very nice.

Great over water bungalow - has everything you need. Rebecca was always very helpful, friendly, and answered very quick. Next to the apartment was a supermarket and 2 restaurants. At night it was often very loud music from places nearby. Thanks for the nice stay!

This home was perfect! In a luxury, private peaceful gated community of Buenaventura. Home was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th anniversary. You can lounge by the backyard pool or walk 50 feet and play in the hotel pool! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and last but not least it always so reassuring to have a good host that you can rely on. Sandra and Esi were just that!

Huge space by the beach. Right below a beach bar, but they seemed to have closed at night so noise was never an issue. Will happily return!

We spent 7 nights here in early June (rainy season). Overall, we had a really amazing experience and would come back! The house is beautiful - just like the photos. We were worried about mosquitos but they weren't a big deal - the beds all have nice mosquito nets. My main critique: the beach immediately in front of the house that you see in the photos doesn't match reality - which was a little disappointing. There's a sea wall between the house and water and the sand has all been washed away and has some trash there. Not as pristine as the photos. That said, just to the left of the house is a long, beautiful beach with almost no one around. What else: The nearby indigenous village - Salt creek - and locals we met were amazing. Probably the best part of the whole experience. The tours / boat rides were really fun, but are expensive - make sure you discuss prices before you go. The family that meets you is awesome and around all the time if you need anything. We really enjoyed it!

The photos do not do this beautiful house justice. It is gorgeous and beautifully decorated and kept. The views are incredible, lots of extras like kayaks, snorkels and masks, and fresh eggs from the chickens on the property! Don't think about it, book it!

The accommodation is just as described in the ad with all the amenities described. Access is a stone road but it is totally worth the arrival and by the way I was told that the mayor will make an asphalt road for access. The cold water pools along with the jacuzzi are a therapeutic experience, the climate is very pleasant and for children it has everything for them to have an amazing time. And Peter is too attentive and everything is super tidy in the house, we will definitely be back!

We stayed for two days and it was a great getaway near the city. The two children enjoyed the pool space a lot. The beach is very close, but it is not ideal for children to play because it has a lot of rocks, but nothing that detracts from it. The apartment is very well located, close to the pools, which is an extra convenience. It was very clean and organized, it served us well for these days. Communication was always clear and kind. We will surely return.

The condo was amazing. It was squeaky clean, the hot water and shower pressure were superb, great air cons, fast WiFi and the bed was very comfortable. We really loved the location. Ubers were $3 - 6 USD to downtown or to Casco Viejo (and it was an easy and pleasant 10-15 minute bike ride to Casco Viejo!), but we felt like we were in a quiet and peaceful enclave just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We really loved the unit and would 100% stay again, but what really set it apart was Patty and Rudy as hosts. They met us personally and showed us everything, gave local recommendations, and were just genuinely gracious and kind. Patty was great to communicate with before and throughout the stay and our only regret is that we didn't have time to go on one of Rudy's tours! Hopefully next time :)

Such a little treasure in Buenaventura. Will definitely book again. Very well stocked kitchen and so beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed calling this place home for a few nights!

Dora Lilia was a super host! The place is wonderful with a great ocean view and a warm beach to stroll down or go surfing. Her restaurant recommendations were superb and the cleanliness and location of the apartment was perfect. During the day you could enjoy any of the 3 swimming pools in the property of go for a swim in the warm waters of the Panamanian Pacific coast and at night you can dine in any of the nearby restaurants recommended by Dora Lilia. We were serenaded at night with the wonderful sound of the waves. We’ll definitely go back to Palmar and fully recommend the place and Dora Lilia as a super host

Awe man…where do I start??! This was by far more than we expected! The hosts were amazing, which matched the condo! We were just in awe of the views, the well stocked kitchen, and all the little extras like the liners for the coffee pot and even the air fryer! Beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms, and OMG the balcony looking over the pools and ocean!! No doubt we will spread the word and already know where we’re staying the next time we’re in town!! Thank you Madeline and James for making this a dream come true for my family!! I don’t have one single complaint, and believe me, that’s not like me!!

This was the second time staying there and it was in the same condition; clean and great host. Will stay there on my next visit to Panama

We had a lovely, peaceful stay in Philip's apartment. It is ample and comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooks the pool area and you see and hear the ocean just beyond. We went for long walks on the beach and swims in the ocean. It is a beautiful stretch of beach there. We will definitely go back!

Wonderful location to see the water, ships and city. Great space - clean, comfortable and easy check-in and out. Communication was wonderful with great instructions. You will enjoy your stay here.
