We stayed with our family and dogs and had a wonderful time at Sanya's house. It's super easy to get there from the city, with convenient stores just 10 minutes by car. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and beach activities, such as walking and sightseeing, are very close by. The private beach is only 10 minutes away by car, and it was completely peaceful with no one else around during our stay. The house has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Sanya!

Great location in a very nice beach front condo building. Safe place and close to grocery stores and restaurants. This condo is on the right side of the building with good shade most of the day and great views of the beach.

I stayed at Juan's Airbnb for about four nights with a group of friends, and we had an absolute blast. The view of the ocean from the balcony is breathtaking, and the location is perfect right near all the action in Casco Viejo. The only minor issue we experienced was a two-day Wi-Fi outage, but it affected the entire building and was outside of Juan's control. He was very responsive and did his best to help resolve the situation quickly. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

A pesar de un pequeño incidente para ingresar a la unidad, que fue resuelto por el propio personal de vigilancia, el servicio y el lugar resultaron a la altura de las expectativas y la oferta publicada, con creces. Respecto al anfitrión, excelente desde que contratamos la renta, somos conscientes de que estaba fuera del área, pero no dudamos de su diligencia para en el evento de ingreso; persona súper amable y proactiva para responder y agregar valor a la selección. Realmente, esperamos regresar cada vez que estemos por la zona. Ah y la ubicación: segura, preciosa, súper accesible . . .genial! Felicitaciones y, ojalá, hasta pronto!

exelente alojamiento, la pasamos muy bien , todo muy limpio y Muy ordenado la casa está súper bonita muy céntrica de todo, los días que pasamos en el alojamiento del sr. Edward fueron exelente. mi familia y yo quedamos con muchas ganas de volver. full recomendado. 100/10 👌

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. Condo is clean and exactly as described. Comfortable beds and great views. Kitchen has everything you need to cook while away. The host had a pack n play crib for our youngest. The building the condo is in has multiple pools, a playground for the kids, decent equipped gym and a bar on the lower level with food and drinks. Nueva Gorgona has some fun local restaurants and beautiful beaches to walk on. Pay attention to the tide if walking back to the condo from town. The last stretch is impassible at high tide. Coronado is a quick 15 mins from the condo and has more restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our time here.

El apartamento es espacioso, tiene varias camas para acomodar fácilmente a una familia de 6, terraza, cocina full equipada, 2 baños. Nos encantó. El edificio tiene su propia piscina, grande y con sillas de playa. También se puede utilizar una parte del complejo donde hay una piscina con toboganes. Sin duda volveremos.
