Daniel was an incredible host! He was so friendly and super responsive whenever we had a question. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the bright mid century inspired decor. Bed was super comfy. Thoughtful extras like a phone charger by the bed and laundry pods were appreciated. The complex itself was quiet with friendly neighbours. You are steps away from a lovely pool and hot tub with gorgeous views of the mountains. We spent a lot of time by the pool and often had it to ourselves in the afternoons. We enjoyed the nearby tennis/pickleball courts as well. Parking is close and easy. The location of the apartment was ideal for us as well, not too far of a drive from downtown P.S., grocery stores, etc. Overall a great place to stay in P.S. Thanks Daniel!

This is a gorgeous condo, situated within a beautiful, gated development. I spent one month at Tim’s place and would gladly come again next year to stay again for that exact amount of time. The only reason that I will not book it is that it already taken for next the month that I would like to stay in 2026!

We were very pleased to stay in this place and it was actually beyond our expectations. It is very clean, practical and convenient. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking although an abundance of the top restaurants nearby will easily drive your decision. Just a few steps from 2 heated pools, tennis courts and your car parking spot - all inside of the gated community. The host is absolutely top 100% on response and willingness to make you feel like at home!

The location is fantastic - Mission Hills is a beautiful locale. Also, midway between Palm Desert and Palm Springs. Very close to airport. Beautiful patio and view out in back. Also, the condo itself is just inside the entrance off Gerald Ford so we never had to drive through the vast Mission Hills resort. There were some minor maintenance issues that had to be taken care of initally but the homeowner was very responsive. Also, would recommend that the homeowner include an "instruction" notebook with helpful advice on where to find things and also on the local area. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunrises. also, very close to the jacuzzi which was well heated but pool was not. The weather was much better suited to the jacuzzi, however.
