Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Palm Springs

This was our third time staying at the Legacy Villas in La Quinta. By far this is one of the better units/layout we stayed at in this complex. The unit is in a great location with nice views of the mountains and close to the main pool but not too close to hear the pool or the foot traffic to the pool. The unit has everything you need. The communication from Allie/Nino leading up to the stay was on point and left no questions needed. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great place! Having the washer/dryer was a life saver with the heat and having to wash my clothes to make it through the trip. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had some spices/oils/sauces so I didn’t have to buy absolutely everything. My only criticism if you could even call it that was that the shower head sprayed a little wonky. Overall I would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

Robert’s property was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was very peaceful and clean. They accommodated my family very nicely. Would highly recommend!

This apartment in Palm Springs was perfect for our stay. The location was great - in a quiet neighborhood, but also very close to restaurants, nightlife & anything you’d want to do in Palm Springs. The place itself was great - plenty of private space, and the shared pool was plenty big for us and the neighbors; there was a great community vibe. The kitchen was fully stocked with every plate, utensil & tool you can imagine as well! The hosts were very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great stay & k would definitely come back here!

We had the most amazing girls’ weekend at this Palm Springs getaway! We were celebrating a trifecta of joy—my best friend’s wedding, my engagement, and one expecting a baby. The house was the perfect backdrop for our celebrations. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub, which made it feel like a true retreat. The landscaping was gorgeous, and the space was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy Palm Springs with friends or family!

Wonderful stay. It was like having our own private resort which is exactly what we were looking for. Looked exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our family. Can’t wait to return.

Beautifully decorated home, comfortable too. Loved the pool and hot tub in the home! Location was also really convenient to all the restaurants in downtown Palm Springs.

The house is very lovely, and the pool area is great. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. Check-in was easy and response time was perfect. There was a bit of uncertainty about music/noise outside; there were signs in the house that seemed a little contradictory to the mention of outdoor music in the posting, and we booked in Desert Hot Springs to specifically to have some outdoor music. Overall we were very comfortable in the house, although didn’t like being as far from downtown Palm Springs so would probably try to stay in PS next time.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the Joshua Tree National Park area and beyond. The property is a wonderful merging of clean modern retro interior and California high desert beauty with stunning landscaping & outdoor living accommodations. Our Host was extremely professional, amicable and responsive. We had a great time!

This house was a dream come true for a quick desert getaway. It feels like a direct extension of the desert landscape around it and is decorated and appointed meticulously to help you feel immersed in the calming desert scene all around you. We didn't want to do much besides drift in the pool and soak up the scenery, and it was a perfect match for our laid-back goals. Close enough to town that we could run in to get some last-minute supplies, but far enough away that town felt non-existent if you were just looking around. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in the desert.

This is such a great gem in Palm Springs. The house is immaculately clean and extremely peaceful to relax at. It’s stocked with everything anyone could need for relaxing pool vacation, and is minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful space, quiet neighborhood, nice amenities and close to everything we wanted to do in Palm Springs! The host was welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! I'll mention the airport proximity because we weren't expecting to be that close. There was some air traffic noise, but it was a non-issue for us. Overall, great place to stay! If we visit Palm Springs again, would definitely stay here again!

This really is a great place to stay in Palm Springs - the apartment is lovely, super clean and with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, lovely furniture and linens. The swimming pool and hot tubs are fabulous with a very nice laid back atmosphere. All of the downtown bars and restaurants are a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great if you want to be within walking distance from downtown, but not close enough to be disturbed by city noises. Grocery, drug store and Starbucks all a short drive or 15/20 walk. I'd recommend this space for anyone visiting Palm Springs. The patio is large and a great place to have a glass of wine and enjoy the mountain view. Enjoy...we did.

Very pleased with our stay here! This rental was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway to the desert! The outdoor space is quiet and super-private. We never saw or heard any neighbors, but watched hummingbirds spar overhead as we lounged by the pool. The pool is clean and perfect for floating all afternoon, looking out at the mountains. The spa is a great way to relax under the stars after dinner. The location was great. Close enough to downtown to be a quick drive when hot, or a reasonable stroll when it's cooler. And I appreciated being able to talk an early morning jog around the area. We didn't spend much time indoors, but it's a light, airy, and comfortable space. The kitchen is up-to-date and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts and their assistant was friendly, transparent, and proactive. Very nice people! We will gladly rent this place again when we return to PS for a desert getaway! Highly recommended!

Jerry and Craig have a wonderful, beautiful, and quiet place. As someone born and raised in Palm Springs, it was absolutely gorgeous getting to wake up to the view especially with such an inviting pool and backyard. It reminded me of when I was little. There’s a bunch of walkable places such as Koffi and an ice cream shop as well as clothing stores and a steakhouse. Jerry was an amazing communicator and checked in on multiple occasions to make sure we and our dogs had everything we needed. It was great to go and visit, and we are already looking by forward to our next stay!

Our history, Matt, was one of the best I’ve ever had. Extremely communicative and accommodating. The unit is clean, comfortable, updated and has unobstructed Mountain Views and an oversized private patio. The gym and pool were well maintained and the neighbors were friendly. Location in south PS is prime. We’ll be back.

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

My mom and I had such a wonderful stay in this Palm Springs home, it truly made our first visit & Mother’s Day weekend even more special. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep, and the A/C kept us cool all weekend, even with the desert heat. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything smooth and easy. I’d absolutely love to stay here again on my next visit to Palm Springs!

This is our second stay at Steve’s, and it’s always a pleasure. The welcoming atmosphere makes us feel right at home. Steve’s hospitality shines through with clear entry instructions and prompt responsiveness whenever we reach out. The hot tub, conveniently located right outside the door, adds to the charm. We always check the availability of his place before considering any other options.
