This is the place you have stay if you want luxury within budget. We had a splendid two nights stay with beautiful scenery to wake up to. The property is situated in a peaceful place and within the reach to happening places in Kodai. The host was very responsive and friendly. Last but not the least, the food provided by the care taker was home prepared and was very delicious. I would book this property again if I am visiting Kodai again ❤️

My stay at Sama Farms was truly wonderful. The tranquil location provided a perfect escape from the chaos of city life. Mr. Biswajith, our host, was incredibly supportive, always ready to assist my family and me. We ordered food, and it was not only provided promptly but was also delicious and felt like home-cooked meals. A special thanks to Mr. Karan, the assistant at the farm, for his invaluable help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a few days away from the city's hustle and bustle. One suggestion I have is to consider adding some signboards along the road, as I found it a bit challenging to navigate without them. While Google Maps was generally accurate, it's not always reliable. Overall, it was an amazing stay!

Manager was really kind and attentive he is really an asset to the property. The cottage was pretty decent. Along with the customer service it was a good stay. Only thing that bothered me is that the rooms are not sound proof.

The setting of the cottage is what makes the whole experience unique. It is located deep inside a valley surrounded by lush greenery. Apart from wifi, there is not much that connects you to outside world. Hence, you are pushed to slowed down and be in a zen state. This would be an ideal place if you want to slow down or avoid worldly distractions. We visited the property in May. Lovely monsoon weather and overflowing brooke were the highlights of our stay. Unsure how the settings would be during rest of the year. The kitchen is well equipped with all vessels (pressure cooker,mixer,chapati making equipment,idli and dosa making tava etc) and stocked with Indian pantry essentials. Pack light and carry dry ingredients for food supplies. Although aloof from mainland we didn't feel unsafe and hosts were very helpful and kind. Cottage is ideal for 2 to 3 adults. The trek to cottage can be a bit overwhelming for city folks who are leading sedentary lifestyle. However it is not impossible .
