The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the picturesque view of the river right in front of the room.The water was not only refreshing but also perfectly complemented the surrounding nature's ambiance. First of place is super private place with Morden facilities and amenities , perfect for group and famlies. It is a beautiful private property for a group around 10 people. We were 9 people stayed at this property for a night. Property is situated at a peaceful area a bit off from the town. The huge garden with sports area was the highlight of this property. Hotwater was not listed in the amenities but is available. You have badminton court, garden, fire pit, barbecue and table games to spend time. You have caretaker n family who can facilitate everything including preparing meals for you. We didn’t have to eat out but they prepared the food as per our request. Food is not added to this booking so cost can be checked separate. Wood logs and coal are available at the property and they will prepare it for you at a charge. You can confirm cost for this service with them. Host was very polite, responsive and was ready to help whenever needed. Thank you for the service and we would go back next time for sure…

We were a group of 11 and stayed at Cloudscape15 from May 1st to 4th. The place is a bit away from central Kodaikanal, so having a car is definitely needed. The roads to get there aren’t the best, but that’s the case with most of Kodai anyway. The house is a 4 BHK and looks just like the pictures—spacious with amazing views all around. The rooms were good, and we had hot water, electricity throughout, and basic stuff like a fridge, kettle, and a 25L water can. Wi-Fi was there but a little patchy, which is expected in a hill station. There’s nothing nearby for a few kilometers, so make sure you’re stocked up. Food delivery apps don’t work there either. The place does feel a bit lived-in and could use a little more maintenance, but nothing major that affected our stay. The vibe was peaceful and perfect for a group trip. The caretaker, BIR, was super helpful and always around when we needed something. overall worth the experience and definitely recommend it with good preperations!! 👍

Our stay at Elsaaz Villa was perfect. The host (Joe) and caretaker (Sujan) were gracious, and took great care to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The bonfire and BBQ grill were the highlights of the stay. Highly recommend this stay if you plan on staying in Kodaikanal

Had an amazing stay at Sera's. It's a little far from the city, so it's super quiet and beautiful. You can hear and see the waterfall right from your room. Plus, there's Sera's Cafe on top of the hill with a great view and tasty snacks. Must stay!

The path that goes to the house was so good. I loved the views from the room. They served us good. Communicated well enough. They were responsible enough to even take care of the item that we left there after checking out. Overall a good experience.

The property is fairly new and all furniture is in amazing condition. The property has a very vintage interior which will make your social media stories look mind blowing. It is tucked away from the busy roads in a mini forest. The location is slightly away from the main city but that is part of the charm and it is extremely safe. Special shoutout to our caretaker for being the best and helping us with every single one of our requests no matter what time it was.

A Perfect Family Getaway! We had a wonderful stay at Hari’s Airbnb with our family of nine. The property was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained—truly a perfect place for a family retreat. Cleanliness:Spotless! The entire space was well-kept and tidy. Food: Very good. The caretaker ensured we had enough food, and everything was well-cooked and satisfying. Just a note—if you’d like chicken, be sure to inform the caretaker in advance. Bonfire:Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the bonfire due to rain, but we’re sure it would’ve been a lovely experience. There’s a small waterfall just a 5-minute walk from the stay, which looks magical in the evening. The sound of peacocks in the area added a special charm to our mornings. While breakfast isn’t included, there’s a small shop nearby where we enjoyed delicious egg Maggi and bread omelette—simple and tasty! Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the value. We’d definitely love to visit again. Highly recommend for families!

The view from the stay is intensely mesmerising, Vignesh will help you out with almost everything. He bought complimentary pastries for us as it was my birthday. Place was neat with pleasant full vibe. Garden area is well maintained to sit, chill, and play. Many famous spots of Kodai are situated near to this place.

Peaceful place to relax with friends. Beautiful surrounding. Friendly and responsive host. A bit remote from Kodai and small mud stretch at the end to reach there. Little bit struggle for food, but the place is worth staying. We had a good time.
