House vacation rentals in Palisade

This is a great place to stay! There was so much room! We had 6 adults and 2 little kids. Everyone could either congregate inside or outside or do their own thing. The game room was a great feature. We had some fun family competitions! The pool was so nice to escape the heat, then a dip into the hot tub before heading back inside at night was great! If you have a chance to stay here, don’t pass it up!

Maria’s place always delivers. It’s quiet, clean, and full of amenities. Instructions were clear and concise. Plenty of space for our group. We enjoyed the weather and views from the pool. We played a few golf courses in the area, which were super close to the house. We look forward to visiting again. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a perfect spot for 2 families to share! Very family friendly and the most beautiful backyard.

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we liked playing basketball too! We didn’t want to leave!

This was my second stay at Palisade Legends with Braycations, and I had a great experience once again. The Honey Bee is a clean, comfortable and modern unit stocked with everything I needed for my three night stay. Check in and checkout were a breeze. we enjoyed our stay. We had all the amenities we could need. The place was very spacious, and the backyard was a huge plus. it was close to everything and very quiet/peaceful. we would stay here again.

The Grant House was phenomenal. Every space in the house was usable, clean, and inviting. The outdoor space was not only BEAUTIFUL, but great for hosting a family get-together— we’ve already booked again for a birthday party in a few months. The space is roomy so even with many people, it does not feel cramped and we enjoyed using the kitchen for dinners. Nicole was friendly and always quick to respond with questions/concerns. She had made this stay feel luxurious with nice bedding (our fave part was the comfy bed and pillows— literally bought the same pillows after our stay), appliances are nice, and the furnishings are nice and cozy. Thanks again!!

Wow! If you are ever in Palisade this is an amazing place. We came for the Bluegrass Concert and wanted to stay forever. Krisit was such a great host. Highly recommended.

This place was as advertised. Great location, close to everything, easy walk to downtown. The hot tub was nice. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. The GPS took us to the alley, but the entrance is in the front--not the host's fault but useful to know. Four of us were there for four nights, and it worked well for us the entire time.

What a beautiful home in a peaceful quiet neighborhood it was a nice place to come and relax after a long day at work I would refer this place to anyone I know

I absolutely loved Chance’s place! Wish I could have stayed longer. It is very well decorated and perfectly clean. Chance was a friendly and responsive host. I am already looking at booking a longer stay for later this year. I grew up in the area and love the location. The Fruitvale area makes perfect base case for adventure throughout the Grand Valley!

Really great spot right next to the trails! We loved the bike racks in the garage, the swings and the hot tub! We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Amri’s place! We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the patio while watching the neighbor’s horse in the nearby field—such a peaceful and unique touch. The location is convenient for exploring Palisade, and the beds were very comfortable.

We had an amazing time! Our hosts were very friendly, communicative and helpful with any questions we had. We would recommend their property for a visit to Palisades!!!

This was a wonderful vacation. We spent the days trekkiing through the national parks and we're exhausted when we got back. Popping into the hot tub for a relaxing soak was absolutely wonderful at the end of the day. Everything was clean and very comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive.

This was a beautiful stay. Definitely felt like home away from home. It was nice to get up and drink a cup of coffee and see the deer through the window. At night enjoy one can enjoy a nice evening outside and cuddled up with a blanket by the fire. My family and I came down for our neice College Graduation in Grand Junction which is only a 32 min drive. While the rest of the family stood in hotels we had the best experience staying at Thomas place. What I loved the most is that they had more that what traditional AirBnB offers. Thank you for being amazing host and quick with responses. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

For a gal's weekend, this was perfect! There were 9 of us, and we appreciated all of the sleeping areas. The open concept for the kitchen and dining room/living room areas was great. We hung out on the deck, cooked, played games, cross country skied and hiked up on the Mesa, and had a wonderful time. Monica's instructions were clear and easy to follow, and she was generous and offered us a late check-out since it was not their busy time of year, and we sooooo appreciated getting to extend our stay by a few hours. We also appreciated that there were some Britta filters that we could use for our water. Gorgeous views!!

Great Airbnb right in the middle of downtown Grand Junction and Palisade! We enjoyed the shopping and restaurants in GJ and the fruit stands, wineries, and hiking in Palisade. The Airbnb had comfortable accommodations, wonderful sheets/towels, and tons of room for our girls trip. We would definitely come back here again!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to enjoy the city. Jeffrey is very responsive and the home was very clean.

We had the best time at the house and fell in love with all of the animals! The property was wonderful! The animals were the best part of our stay! Loved everything about it! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.

Everything was great! The location is perfect if you're looking for beautiful scenery and to be away from town. The beds were comfortable and all the spaces worked well to cook and hang out in.
