The perfect spot for a getaway with a big group of friends. The house had everything we needed and the location is great. Would definitely recommend. Just take note: Bedroom 5 and 6 are not separate rooms as indicated above but both the bunk beds and the sleeper couch are in one open-plan space.

We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa! Beautiful beach cabin with everything we needed. Awesome location and so peaceful. Sally was a great host and pro-active in all the communication.

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

Amazing house with great views over the ocean. Located within a stonethrow of the beach with easy access to all Hermanus has to offer. Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of crashing waves. Has every amenity you could need to make your stay comfortable and our dogs absolutely loved it too !

A great place to stay and a great location. Lovely walks along the cliff top, accessible to restaurants and town. The accommodation was spotless and had all we needed for our two night stay. We hope to return!

This house is absolutely beautiful and got an amazing view onto Bettys Bay & the penguin-walk. We loved waking up early to watch the sunrise and seeing the penguins being busy! We definitly recommend staying here :-)

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Easy and safe to walk to local restaurants and to join the cliff path. A travel cot and high chair were provided for our baby which was really helpful! Would highly recommend

We unfortunately only had one night at Elzanne’s property and wished we could have stayed much longer! Beautiful surroundings, the view is breathtaking and the interior of the property is stunning with everything you need thoughtfully catered for. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Akwa house. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to relax and have fun while the adults could sit in the lounge overlooking the beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and family-friendly feel of the street. The kitchen was well stocked and we slept very comfortably in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend Akwa house to anyone looking for a great home right close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. Eva’s house is right on the rocks where you can even hear the local seals calling. The house is decorated to the highest standard by someone with a great love of art. Unfortunately, during our stay it was quite windy and we were not able to utilise the outside areas as much as we wanted, but I do think that this house would be very cosy and beautiful even in winter.

Lovely house in an ideal location for enjoying the beach, Hermanus town, vineyards in the Hemel en Aarde valley and the penguin coastline. Everything from check in to check out worked perfectly. Would recommend.

The cottage was private and plenty of outside space for our beach toys and dogs.
