Vacation rentals with a patio in Ovacık Mahallesi

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

5 minute walk to town and marina. Excellent location. On a hill so need to able to cope with steep gradient. Always got parking close by. Lovely spacious apartment with nice TV. Kitchen well equipped. Overall enjoyed our time here and would use again.

Friendly and available host. Listing is as described. We were a family of two adults and two young children. The garden and pool are a plus. The kids loved feeding the cats. It felt like home. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed. Close to the city center of Fethyie, but far from the crowds to rest and be quiet. I would recommend this place for a stay in this area

We have been fortunate to stay in many apartments in Turkey over the past 30 years and this is one of the very best, perhaps the best ever. Superb location to walk around the town or get the bus if you prefer. Restaurants and bars are very handy and the views from the living room balcony and the main bedroom window are just spectacular, lively, interesting and ever changing. The apartment flows really well especially between the kitchen and balcony making it a pleasure to cook at home if you wish, with that fabulous view as you eat. We were greeted by the very friendly host and shown around the apartment. All the kitchen appliances were explained and we felt very comfortable from the start. Totally recommend to anyone who loves Fethiye or fancies giving it a try. It’s beautiful and we’d love to stay again next year.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

We stayed in many houses through Airbnb, but we liked that everything was thought out in terms of materials and household appliances, and we felt at home. Mr. Fatih helped us a lot in everything, we thank him. The house is in a great location and has a very peaceful and quiet environment in the evenings. We highly recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The checkin process was simple and well-communicated. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and all the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.

We were thinking of a holiday with a birthday concept for 2 nights, where we could relieve the fatigue of the year and get away from stress. As a result of long research, we chose the villa offered by Ms. Semrin. Our first decision and reason for choosing was that she responded to messages very quickly and established a relevant, naive and sincere communication. She gave us a lot of confidence and provided as much support as she could at check-in and check-out. He provided us with the most appropriate support at check-in and check-out and in everything that came to our mind. We had no problems with cleaning, tidiness and needs. If I had to choose again, I would come without hesitation. I even saved the location on my villa maps. The main reason for all of this is the modest sincerity of the host. Everything was very nice. You can choose it without hesitation. Have a nice holiday.☺️

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

I had a great time in Fethiye and coming back to a beautiful villa was the icing on top. All the rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. The AC and showers worked perfectly and the kitchen was well kept. The host was very responsive and also gave me great recommendations to go out to eat and activities to do around the area. I will definitely be booking again sometime in the future.

The villa is 20 min far by car from Fethiye The description matched with the reality The host is always ready to answer to any request at any time. We had an amazing stay at Mustafa’s villa in Fethiye! The house was spotless, everything was exceptionally clean and well, maintained. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or having a quiet evening outdoors. The entire property was very private, fully fenced and gated , even the car had its own secure spot, which gave us great peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, making every night restful. Mustafa was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Uğur Bey greeted us at the entrance. The apartment is extremely clean, the location on the block is nice, the pool is very clean, the size is sufficient. It was busy as it was early June. Mr. Uğur is on fire to help with anything. We thank him very much. We had a lovely 5 days as a family. As of the location of the house, I can say that it is equal to both the dead and the city center. It's easy to get anywhere you want with your vehicle. When we come back to Fethiye, it will be one of the places we prefer.

It was a clean, elite, safe and very comfortable facility. Everything was very good, it was by the sea, no cars passed in front of it, the variety of restaurants and places around it.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Literally very good. It's like you've gone to a friend as a guest. She was immediately solution-oriented and resolved that I wrote for a few needs of the hotel owner so beautiful and helpful. Max 8 minutes to the bus station in terms of location. It is driven by car. In addition, the house was as shown in the photos, there was no problem with cleaning, there was no problem with cleaning, it was already very active in the other rooms, and it was clear from the cleaning in your own room. When I come to Fethiye, I will always prefer this apartment, thank you for everything

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

The apartment is very comfortable, close to the city trade and easy access to Oludeniz Beach (by car). The host made us very comfortable, and still offered us a treat for appetizer on one of the nights, in addition to the flexible check-out.
