This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our house is about 60 m2 in size of 1+1. Quite a large 40m2 terrace, barbecue supplies are available in the garden. Bedroom: 1 double bed 1 open wardrobe with a vanity table and chair. There is one large corner set in the living room. Kitchen; open kitchen lounge and all essentials are available . There is 1 toilet bathroom. We offer a comfortable accommodation for 2 people.
