Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ovacık Mahallesi

Second year back here, great house that is even better than the pictures. The host is really helpful & communicative and arranged our transfers too which was really helpful. Walking distance to the town & a taxi button right outside for going to the beach/markets. Overall a great house & pool in a great location. Highly recommend.

Mr. Cihan was interested and devoted to the exit from his entrance, he responded quickly when we needed it, we were able to communicate very comfortably with him. There was everything that could be needed in the house, we stayed with 10 people, he can meet all the needs of 10 people. We had a pleasant time. Thank you to him and his team.

We had a great stay here. We had a super responsive host and helped resolve any problems we had. We would happily stay here again!

I only stayed a short time at Fatih’s place, but during this time, both the host and the accommodation exceeded expectations. Fatih was warm and welcoming, showed us around the house, and even offered recommendations for the city and its attractions. All in all, the stay was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Every room had an AC, which made sleeping in the comfortable beds even more enjoyable. The outdoor area was beautifully maintained, with a grill, a pool, and a cozy sitting area. To sum up, I would highly recommend Fatih and his hospitality to anyone looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in this beautiful town.

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

My little family of three had a wonderful stay at Selman’s villa. The pools and sauna were divine and it felt really private and peaceful. Perfect to recharge the old batteries. The house is very well equipped and Selman is a great responsive host dealing with issues like missing pool towels immediately. The wifi is slow in the evenings but this didn’t bother us as we did any surfing we needed to in the day around the pool. The upstairs area is a nice change of scenery with lovely views and the kitchen well equipped. A quick drive to Calis Beach and the Old town. Would definitely go back! Thanks Selman.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Very cute place very close to the seaside. Nice restaurants just around the corner. Perfect place to enjoy Fethyie.

Great location. 10-15 walk to Calis Beach. Unit was well presented with lots of added extras. i.e air fryer, paper towel, dishwasher plus tablets, extra towels, beach towels Located about 5 km from Fethiye. Bus and water taxi were convenient

Safa's apartment was an amazing choice. Located in a very nice central Fethiye but also in a reaidential private area. Lots of restaurants, shops, banks and a huge shipping mall 10 min walking distance from the house. Safa was an extremely kind and helpful host. I got great recommendations for any local place and also advised a lot with the public transport. Always asked if I needed anything, very thoughtful. He also waited for me until late evening and picked me up I'm person from the Fethiye bus station. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful. I've had a great night sleep. Everything was within a walking distance. I highly recommend to stay at Safa's.

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

The house's location is right next to the greenhouse. We found the address easily. We had no problems settling in the house. It was exactly as described in the ad and shown in the photos. We were satisfied with the house. It was very useful to have a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house and rooms are spacious. There are two toilets. It made us very comfortable. The kitchen had all kinds of plates, bowls, glasses, breakfast sets, etc. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. As a small piece of advice, since the house is large, another air conditioner may be needed. There are two air conditioners. When we close everything, it cools the house in hours, but when it's a little hot outside or when you cook in the kitchen, the air cooled by the air conditioner can get hot. Other than that, I have no suggestions. I would recommend it to everyone.

Good apartment suitable for a longer stay. Good location next to the main street, dolmus (bus) station is 50m away. Hosts are willing to help with any problem. Internet can be very slow sometimes.

The house was thought out to the finest detail, and it met all our needs. We felt comfortable as if we were in our own home. The hosts were extremely friendly and caring. When we come to Ölüdeniz again, it is a place that we will prefer again as a family without thinking. Thank you very much for everything!

It was simply amazing! I highly recommend a stay. The only little thing that I have to admit is that the beds are not so comfortable unfortunately. The mattresses are really hard. If that doesn’t bother you, you’ll have the best time there! Loved the rest, loved kayaköy! ❤️

Great stay, great customer service

Our stay was 4 days and we felt like at home. Our host Yunus Emre was very reliable and caring. Villa is in a very quiet village with shopping for everyday life. It takes about 15 minutes to Fethiye and 10 minutes to Ölüdeniz. The privacy in the villa is very high that no one can look into the pool or villa. Also, everything was clean overall, we would definitely come again.

We spent a week in this villa, three people and one small dog, and we were very satisfied. The location is quite close to the main street where you can find Migros, A101, and a few cafes. The villa is spacious, with three bedrooms on the top floor and a fully equipped kitchen (just be aware that there is no microwave oven) and a living room downstairs. There is a good modern TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. It's great to have a billiard table on the terrace. The garden area is quite large, divided into zones for recreation, a jacuzzi, barbecue, and the pool is good, so you can easily organise a party for up to 10-12 people. There are two hotels nearby, and you may feel like you're at a resort as there are quite a lot of tourists around. It takes about 8-10 minutes by car to get to the beach. Sinan was always online and available for any assistance we needed. All in all, everything was good!

Peaceful location, the gardens, pool and outside bbq dining space have great views. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, the open plan living room and main bedroom each have a balcony to watch the sunset. It’s a 10min drive down into Gocek. Clear arrival information, our host met us to check in and ensure we had everything we needed and left us some local eggs, olive oil and nuts. Great stay, we highly recommend this place.

It was calm and peaceful compared to the center. The overwhelming temperature when you go down to the center is not living in the location of the house. The house is the same as in the visuals. It was very comfortable and comfortable. The size of the pool was also very good. As 6 adults and 3 children, it was a stay where we were very comfortable and able to have fun.
