One Bedroom Apt Near Dreams Park and Hall of Fame.

This nice apartment is just 5 miles from the Dreams Park and 8 miles from Cooperstown. It is one minute drive to the village of Milford - home to a restaurant, deli, and microbrewery. The apartment itself has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and full kitchen. WiFi and streaming TV are provided. There is even good cell service here. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. For several hundred years our family has been a part of the Cooperstown community and we look forward to sharing it with you! On over 20 acres of land , you can explore the beautiful landscape of water and woods. Just over the hill from Otsego Lake. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.

This guest suite has all the comforts of home. It's a comfortable walk or bike ride to the Hall of Fame, historic downtown, the Farmer's Museum and beautiful Otsego Lake. A 24-hour grocery store is around the corner and we're close to the trolley that will take you all over Cooperstown in the summer. And it's only a 10 minute drive to Brewery Ommegang. Please note, there is no TV or cable in the suite. Just Wi-Fi.
