Great country cottage style cozy farmhouse, beautifully decorated with a well provisioned kitchen and super comfortable beds. We loved having the parking space in Cooperstown for induction weekend, it teally worked out great! The grill was like new and we had a wonderful bonfire one night. One of our favorites stays to date!

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

We booked the house for its distance to Cooperstown. And it was just as far as he advertised and well worth the few extra moments to the Dream Park. He accommodated us with a very early check in of 3am the day of. And I only texted at 2am with the request. I was shocked that he even responded, let alone met us at the house to let us in and give us a “midnight” tour. It was extremely accommodating and welcoming. He did charge a small fee, as expected of course. Then I got to tour this beautiful, historic, huge, full of love home. The amount of different rooms each filled with a colorful chapter in a fabulous novel you don’t want to put down. I was blown away. Everything he describes was accurate. The a/c upstairs only. But honestly, Tom told is to leave the windows downstairs open at night and it provides such a beautiful breeze and keeps the house warm during the day. I wish to come back next year and just not leave the house other than to hike and go in the pool. Wildlife amazing too

We stayed in the chalet. We were so happy when we saw how cute and peaceful the place was. We had everything we needed. Check in was super easy. The surroundings were beautiful. We were 20 minutes from Main Street in Cooperstown. We found a great restaurant/bar(Upstate bar & grill) not far from the chalet. We had a lovely stay. Chrissy was super responsive and flexible. Would love to come back.

We were so happy and pleased with this property! The modern bathrooms and the old farmhouse made this an absolute incredible experience! Beyond beautiful! Peaceful and relaxing. We were in and out of Allstar village all week and it was an easy, pleasant drive of maybe 18-20min! A big shout out to Brian the local property manager who was so responsive and ready to assist with whatever was needed. Highly recommend. Thank you Farmhouse!

This was perfect. Atop a field in the middle of nowhere we had what seemed like the world to ourselves. With amazing views all around and fields to walk thru and explore, this was just what we needed to unplug. We will be back.

DeMak was quick to respond with any questions I had by way of text and we also talked on the phone. The house was easy to find and was the best house we have ever stayed at. It was very clean and well taken care of. We stayed there for the Cooperstown Dream Park baseball tournament and it was only a 30 minute drive. The property was very peaceful and private with deer and geese in the yard almost every morning. We did not mind driving 30 minutes back and forth to the park and the house with such a nice place to stay. The beds and the showers were awesome and I can’t say enough for this house. I would recommend DeMak’s house to anyone looking to rent it.

Great place to stay and pretty good location to the plattekill ski mountain. Good views and the house was in good condition. Clean, owner communicated well with us. Overall great experience

I'm not sure I can say enough about how wonderful this place was for all of us. Donna must have spent hours deciding what to provide for guests. Nothing was missing. She was available at all hours, helpful, and super pleasant to deal with. We stayed a whole week enjoying all that Cooperstown baseball for 12 year old boys had to offer. And we hope to return in another two years when the next grandson is ready to play as well. Thanks again, Donna!

This place is fantastic for peace, quiet, and solitude. We were in for the Cooperstown baseball tournament so this place was our respite from the crowds. It is easy to unplug and relax when you’re on a beautiful deck looking out into trees and hearing only birds and the wind through the leaves. I would love to spend more time here!

Beautiful quiet, spacious and inviting. This clean well maintained and decorated properly has everything you need . We have stayed here twice and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The AC units in each room give quests better choices. The pool no matter what the weather is was enjoyed by all!!

Filip and Linn have curated a beautiful and well stocked cabin in the middle of the woods. We barely had to leave the property our entire stay there. There’s tons of activities and amenities to make the trip the best it can be. We fit 6 super comfortably in the cabin even during the rainy days. Definitely worth it!!

The Ranch is absolutely stunning on the inside and out. There was plenty of room with windows overlooking the views. The house was clean, comfortable, and spotless. We enjoyed watching the horses, geese, and fishing in the pond. It was an easy ride into Cooperstown and the Animal Adventure Park. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Jillian was proactive when an issue with the house (outside her control) popped up on our first day. She did more than asked or expected to ensure we were happy. Communicated so well, also, throughout! 6 out of 5 stars for Jillian.

We had a lovely stay at this charming little farmhouse in West Edmeston. It was the perfect spot for our group of 8 adults and two babies—cozy, clean, and felt like home. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The host stays in a camper on-site, which was a bit unique, but they were respectful of our space and not intrusive at all. Overall, a peaceful, homely place with lots of character—great for a quiet countryside getaway.

Amazing getaway for baseball families wanting to relax after a long day at the Dreams Park fields. Host was very responsive and attentive to anything we needed, along with recommendations for things to do while we had down time with baseball.

We had a wounderful stay during our Cooperstown All-Star Village tournament. This place is about 14 minutes away from the All Star Village ballfields. Outside the home their is plenty of parking and you get a great view of the horses, chickens (3-4) and some Turkeys (always off in the distance). Inside the home was perfect, everything was in working order and best of all everything was spotless, and I mean spotless and tops the cleanest home we have been in through the Airbnb network. We had a Keurig and coffee pods waiting for us to drink (thank you), fast Wifi, and all the bed rooms had their own mini-split heat & A/C unit with remote control. Nothing was wrong or could be better with this home and I would definitely reccomend others to stay here and will stay here again if we have another visit in the future. Thanks again for being a great host.

We enjoyed staying at Isobella and Pierre’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Beautiful decor with lots of space to relax. Our dogs loved exploring the backyard and were very much at home inside. We appreciated the basket of doggy towels and dog shampoo; well used during our rainy stay. The only negative for us was the sulfur smell in the water (a natural phenomenon in the geological area). Beyond the home- Pierre’s dining recommendations did not disappoint!

Our families were here for week 2 of All Star Village Cooperstown baseball camp. I choose the place and the other 3 families that shared the place with us were very pleased with my choice. Our families enjoyed grilling outside. The patio had seating for all of us. Our boys had so much playing wiffle ball, and our girls enjoyed walking to the pond everyday. The place is breathtaking. Lastly, the owners had great communication, very responsive and clear instructions.

We enjoyed our stay and it fit my family of 3 well. The location is good for Cooperstown dreams park, about 30 minutes. Theresa was very responsive and helpful.

Just took a quick work trip up to the Catskills and needed a place to rest. This place was perfect. Clean and beautiful space, with everything I needed and more! Chandi was super responsive and helpful. I will be back!

This was the perfect place for a getaway with a large group. Nadia is extremely responsive, and ensured our stay was flawless. The property is beautiful and is located in an area that is very easy to get to. If in the area again, we would look to stay here first!!
