Vacation rentals with a patio in Otsego County

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

If you are going to Dreams Park for baseball, this place is new, clean, and close. Newly redone, AC, 4 bed (2 bunk rooms and 2 bath). Only downside is poor cell coverage. Other than that, and we easily worked around it, place is great!

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

We had such a wonderful stay at this location just outside of Cooperstown! The space was cozy, clean, and well decorated—perfect for relaxing after long days of watching baseball . The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short 4 min drive All Star Village and to other Cooperstown attractions, including the Hall of Fame. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this charming spot to anyone visiting the area—we’d definitely come back!

Michael was extremely helpful and responsive. I had a couple of questions during my stay and he responded quickly and kindly. The location was fine for my purpose in the area. It’s a gem of a place and checked all the boxes for me.

My girlfriend & I wanted to get away from home for a few days and this was the perfect place to go to. Super peaceful and quite. Apartment was spot on CLEAN !!! Beautiful apartment as it looked recently renovated. Make sure to bring your own food as the nearest restaurants are either in Oneonta or Cooperstown. I will definitely be coming here again. This location was perfect for us. We were about 20 minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park and had everything we needed. We will be returning to this location yearly. Thanks again

To come back to our home town and stay in such a beautiful place was amazing! It was everything we expected and so much more! We will be making frequent visits home from California and hope to be able to stay there again. I would definitely recommend staying here. Rene was an amazing host!

We had a very nice stay. The set up for us was perfect (parents and 4 teens) - everyone had their own bed and each bedroom had its own bath which was great. We enjoyed looking out the big windows at all the deer outside - very peaceful place to stay, and not far from Cooperstown.

Fell in love with this lake house. It was a surprise for our mom for Mother’s Day. She loved her vacation as we all did. It’s a perfect retreat on the water with beautiful sunsets and lots of wildlife to watch and the sounds of nature were so lovely. A real gem this place is so much so we reserved an extra night. None of us wanted to leave and we all look forward to returning again soon. The home and all amenities were perfect as was the host . Thank you.

Turner Ranch is a gorgeous property - private, peaceful, with lots of wildlife. It is absolutely amazing how many amenities come with this home. Evelyn has thought of every little detail and has extra supplies for anything you may have forgotten to pack - from umbrellas, to drinks, to sunscreen, to fresh fruit on the countertop. The home is beautifully and simply decorated with many large spaces for socializing. The weather was not cooperative while we were there, so we could not take advantage of the many yard games Evelyn generously supplies or the outdoor spaces - patio, fire pit, but we were able to relax in the large living room and dining area and also spend time on the covered porch watching the wildlife. A lovely space for cooking and sharing meals, too. An exceptional gathering area for our family members from different states to converge and spend time relaxing together. Thank you, Evelyn.

We LOVED this house. All of the common areas were actually larger than expected. There was ample space in both the front room and family room with multiple couches and two TVs. The laundry room was clean and there was leftover soap. The kitchen was well stocked with leftover items from previous renters which helped (condiments, spices, soap, etc). There were games in the dining room and plenty of blankets/pillows. We did bring our own fans because the house did not have any. The downstairs bathroom didn't have an overhead fan and the windows didn't open so most activities had to happen upstairs or the room wouldn't clear out but it was not a dealbreaker. The house was literally 5 minutes from All Star Village which was sooooo convenient considering we were there multiple times a day all week. Dunkin Donuts and Dairy Queen were walkable as were other local places to eat. We will be back in 3 years for our younger son! Very grateful to have found such a special place. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect spot for our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It’s minutes to the fields, town, restaurants, etc. It’s just far enough off the main road that it’s quiet & peaceful. Perfect after a long day at the ballpark! The house itself was pristine - Everything was nice & clean! They thought of all the things you need for your week of baseball, even if you flew in! The house looks exactly like the pictures, but it’s even better in real life! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home while our son played baseball in All Star Village. Our hosts gave us clear instructions prior to our arrival and the home was well appointed. They took the time to think of what travelers would need and it showed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen were appreciated! The home is very rural/remote with lush green trees and grasses surrounding. It was lovely to listen to the passing creek. We saw plenty of wildlife including deer, rabbit, turkeys, skunk and lightening bugs. I would highly recommend this home to a small family who wants a quiet respite to return to after a full day out exploring or at the baseball fields.

Cassandra is an excellent host - home was great for what we needed for our Cooperstown tournament. Greet location to the park, excellent restaurants close by, and anything that popped up, she was responsive and quick to resolve. Would absolutely recommend this place and host!

We had a lovely stay! Stocked kitchen to prepare everything you need to keep you fueled up while enjoying the outdoors. This home has everything the family needs to take full advantage of the lake and the yard. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to play badminton and kick around a soccer ball after kayaking on the lake. And at night the game room is stocked with various games to keep you and your family entertained. So grateful to have spent our long weekend here. Highly recommend.
