This peaceful square with its own jetty is located by a small spring lake in a very secluded and private location. With large lush garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, the square and its brewhouse are free from visibility with views down to the crystal clear lake with excellent swimming facilities. In the main building of the cottage there is a kitchen with dining area and combined living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet and large glazed terrace. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming town on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are lots of restaurants and cafer. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door.
