Sandvik is Öland's pearl, a quiet picturesque fishing village with beach, harbor cafe, restaurants and ICA. In the house you will find a new kitchen with many dining areas and three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ocean views are from almost all rooms. In the garden there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for summer evenings. In case of rainy days, the afternoon tea can be taken on the porch.

Island idyll with proximity to everything!

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge fortress in the middle of the small village of Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. nearby there is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps body cakes such as Öland body cakes, the right of the day and other little things and good, you will find 10 minutes by car.

Here you will have access to a villa with garden located in central Borgholm. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, only 7 minutes walk to the city square. Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Historic gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Welcome back in time!

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.
